I tried to install a kitchen sink myself and was getting so frustrated!! I called Jims plumbing and they were the least expensive and quickest plumbing company I called. Gil came the next day and was able to fix everything! He talked to me about what to do next time. I was so pleased with the service that was provided! We now have a fully functional kitchen again!! Thank you so much!

One of their drivers put a lot of people in harm’s way off of Colonial and Forsyth. They were honking and yelling when no one could move forward due to a red light. They can ran through the red light nearly colliding with oncoming traffic.

They are on time, do what they say they will do and have professional plumbers at good rates.
This time they sent a young plumber named Tom to repair a hose bib on the exterior of the house. Tom was professional, polite and efficient. The bill was very reasonable.

Terrible service! You call and cancel and appointment and they send a plumber out anyway and then charge you a trip charge because the ladies in their office are incompetent. I spoke with someone in their office the day before services were scheduled because the issue was fixed and they still dispatched a plumber out. I turned the plumber away and next thing I know I received a $95 trip charge because no one notated the service was cancelled. Not my problem. Good luck calling them to speak to someone about it, Eileen is nasty and rude and in no way should be dealing with people in any customer service capacity. She hung up on me due to her office's lack of communication. Before she hung up on me she screamed "we will never do work for you again!" I've paid these people thousands of dollars over the years for both my buisness and rental houses. Now they will never get a dime from me again. Sounds like unfriendliness runs within the business.

The plumber fixed a minor issue with a toilet. Took him about 35 minutes, and he wrote 1.5 hours total time on invoice (travel time included?). Then the invoice was outright offensive--i thought there was a mistake when I saw almost $300!!! He told me to discuss with the owner. When I called, the owner (Gerard?) refused to speak to me, refused to offer an explanation, and instead told an employee (Barbara?) to tell me I should be happy because his rate was already discounted. Look elsewhere--there are many experienced plumbers in town who do not treat their customers this way.

Total rip-off. Fee had no relationship to work performed. Completely unfair and then unwilling to even discuss.

I’ll never use Jim’s plumbing again.
They quoted me $145 per hour and charged me $228 for a 45 minute work that included replacement of a part that usually costs around $25!

Customer service is all about the money. Got a certified letter less than 5 days after a botched service that a incompetent tech rendered. Was in discussion with Kim to resolve, ready for it? 400 dollar charge. On a Saturday morning get a certified letter threatening to take our house. All good ,I am in real estate will tell the 50 plus people I know in the business not including friends and family to never ever use this company. Feel sorry for the owner, but it’s on his employee for trying to win her own battle. Thinking about herself and not the owner. She should be fired. Owner probably has no clue. It’s a shame. Eventually the owner will figure it out, but his bottom line has suffered. Again, do not use this company. Plenty of other plumbers you can use, just search. Have a good day

Graham is an amazing plumber and a great person. I was met with nothing but professionalism and respect. He definitely let me know everything that he was doing and I am extremely appreciative of that.

On 4/2/21 I had this company out to repair water leak in a rental house. They required a credit card up front. I told them DO NOT charge anything to the card until I see the invoice. The repairman had things completed in an hour and was in his van. I called the office to get the price when the repairman had finished but they said they couldn't give the price until the information was turned in by the serviceman. I called again at the middle of the next week and they could not give me the price. I called two more times & got the same answer. I didn't get a copy of the invoice until 4/14 which was 2 days after they charged my credit card. I called the office today and was told they could not provide an invoice until after the credit card was charged. They finally sent the invoice today, 2 days after they submitted payment. They charged $200.00 for the labor and $143.16 for material I think was valued at less than $25.00. Never give this company a credit card until they give you a final price. I had used this company before but I will not use them again.

I have had 2 experiences with Jim's and both have been wonderful! First was to fix a leak coming from the upstairs unit. Very quick in and out. The second was to change my 3 knob shower/tub combo to single. I purchased a sub par item on line and JJ (the gentleman that has come out both times) explained why it was faulty. I was able to grab the correct item for him to install. He was on time to the appointment, explained what he was doing and thorough. I will always use Jim's for my plumbing needs!

Very happy with the way that they worked. Gil was the plumber that did the service for our community and he was very professional, his job was great and he explain to us before and after he finished his job. 5+⭐️.

In Jun 2023, I called them to fix a faucet and a pipe with a small leak at home.
In July they charged me for the services.
So far, late Oct 2023 services was not done.
First they had an employee who retired. Then a poor follow up of parts and services.
I do not recommend them to anyone.
Have been calling twice a week and there is always something and they never really know what is going on.
Terrible services.

Great job replacing a toilet & a hard to access kitchen faucet. Reasonable rates. They are also great for sprinkler repair.
2/13/25- another service call for our leaking guest bath toilet. Randy couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. Very pleased with Jim's Plumbing.

Had a great experience from this business. Gave me an estimate to fix a clogged pipe over the phone and when Jim came to service the clog, he was able to do it less than what his office quoted. This company also came highly recommended by friends of ours. Will definitely use this company again for all our plumbing needs. Good honest business come far and few between. Highly recommended plumber. UPDATE: On 10/19/23 Jimmy their plumber installed my new hot water heater, after my old one failed. Excellent plumbing service. This is the only company that I call for service. On 10/06/25 I had scheduled a service call as I had several plumbing issues in my home and needed to be addressed. I would like to recognize and give props to Ron Flowers who is the plumber that fixed all of my issues. I am highly satisfied with the work performed by Ron. He also made my day by finding my necklace and a bracelet logged in my sink drain that I had lost 3 weeks ago and was searching for, but didn't think it went down the drain. I received excellent and efficient service from Jim's Plumbing. Highly recommended plumbing service!

Justin was my technician today. He worked on my sink and shower. He was incredibly kind and provided long term solutions that would save me money in the long run rather than band aid solutions I’ve received in the past.
Excellent genuine guy.

Had an issue with water pressure, Ron informed me that the city chooses the pressure, but walked around the property and found an issue with my pipes. When i tested the pressure afterwards I could immediately tell the difference. Much better pressure. Really professional work. Exact price i was expecting based on the hourly rate provided when i booked. Highly recommend this company and Ron.

I witnessed a driver in company vehicle #13 throw trash out of the window onto the I-4 West express lane, with even more debris flying out of the truck bed. This reflects extremely poorly on the company and it shows a lack of care and responsibility, both for the community and for the company’s reputation. Seeing this behavior would make me think twice about trusting the company’s services.

Be aware that this company will come out and do a service call and charge you $145, but never give you a quote. It’s been almost two months and my husband is still waiting for that quote for his business. Needless to say it still hasn’t arrived and now he has to find someone else. They are thieves and just take you for your money but don’t actually follow through on their end of the deal.

They repiped our home and did a great job!

The don’t answer the phone and never never never answer an email and also the never show in 3 different appointments just for estimate. What a irresponsable company.
