⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Bryan Plumbing deserves every star! They tackled a full condo repipe with incredible speed, skill and professionalism. Brian, the lead plumber, and his team were fantastic—introducing themselves, walking me through each step clearly, and showing genuine care for my yappy Chihuahuas (dog lovers, for sure!). They went above and beyond, fixing a loose faucet, cleaning up spotlessly, and even coordinating with a drywall contractor for me. Everything was left dry and perfect. Highly recommend Brian and his crew for their skill and kindness!

I wanted to have an easy to reach house water shut off valve for my mom‘s house and Derrick showed up with the know how and the right tools and equipment to make it happen! He didn’t let a couple of rounds of rain stop him from making it happen, even though finding the main water line in took multiple times of searching and even going down into the crawlspace of the house! I had the misfortune of having to speak with this gross company due to the negligence of condo’s association I live in. No fault of Bryan’s Plumbing but the manager asked me to call them, as they are the vendor, about an ongoing issue that can quickly become an emergency to avoid footing the bill. Pipes outside from my understanding of past occurrences get backed up and will overflow out of kitchen disposal. It can flood - had I not been there to bail out sink sewage it would have flooded. When I called Bryan’s Plumbing, I spoke to an insanely rude and in-compassionate person, named Bryan. I was informed of how service and payment works, as if I haven’t lived in this world to know how services operate. No further guidance - like hearing my dilemma. Rude and worthless and based on this I would highly recommend to avoid this company. They do business with slumlords. Just insane. Anyways, photos of backed up disposal that would have flooded if I were not here….because it is not the first time.

I did a whole home repipe with Bryan Plumbing and they did an excellent job. Their price was fair, they showed up on time, got the job done on time, and their communication was excellent throughout the whole process.

I mostly worked with Ed for the quote/scheduling/general questions and he was incredibly helpful and responsive. I can't remember his name, but the crew leader they had onsite was very knowledgeable and professional as well. Finally, I was also very impressed with the crew they sent out to patch up the drywall. They were super speedy, but their work was also top notch.

They don't answer thee phone most of the time when the do they act like the customer is the biggest inconvenience in the world. when you actually go in to the store it's even worse they will be sitting doing nothing and will still make you wait before "helping" in any way and always with the worst attitude like they would rather be anywhere else. they never have your order ready no matter how much time you give them (when your actually able to get someone on the phone to take a willcall order ). Ann is the worst one, she always gets orders wrong (missing parts, wrong quantity, and sometimes wrong part all together) and acts like its the customers fault. she just doesn't care about the customer or her company and has a bad attitude.

Yesterday my wife got a notice saying we might have a small water leak at our home in Orlando. She called around and found it hard to get a plumber to come out quickly. Then she reached out to J&G Plumbing, and the experience was great—everyone was friendly and very helpful. Troy and his co-worker arrived earlier than expected and checked everything out. They found there actually wasn’t a leak after all. Both of them were professional, explained things clearly, and were very respectful. The service call was even free. I highly recommend J&G Plumbing for any plumbing work—they really care about their customers and do a top-notch job.

I highly recommend J&G Plumbing! The person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and knew a lot about plumbing. Troy came out to my place in Orlando for repairs and arrived right on schedule. He even called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Troy explained the issue clearly and gave me an estimate before starting the work. I had called another plumber before, but Troy fixed the problem right away and there have been no more leaks or clogs since. There were no surprise charges either. I’m very satisfied and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs!

My home warranty company sent J&G Plumbing. I was very impressed with the plumber who arrived. Troy showed up right on time and you could tell he really understood the problem and what needed to be fixed. He explained everything in a way that made sense to us. Even though the drain issue had gone away by the time he got here, Troy did everything he could to recreate the problem and make sure it wouldn’t come back after he left. He also taught us what probably caused the clog and what steps to take if it happens again. He was professional and very thorough. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Troy to anyone who needs drain cleaning or a camera inspection.

From the first phone call to when Troy arrived at my house, my experience with J&G Plumbing was excellent.
