Troy from J&G Plumbing did an excellent job from beginning to end! He was friendly, patient with my busy household, and took the time to explain all the plumbing options available to me. Troy made sure I understood the pricing and worked hard to find the best deal, knowing my budget was tight. He also offered helpful estimates for another plumbing project I might need down the line. When it came to my stubborn garbage disposal, Troy made several attempts to unclog it and tried everything possible before suggesting a replacement. I really appreciated his dedication and thoroughness throughout the whole process.

I've had a plumber come out twice within a few weeks for different plumbing issues. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and the person on the phone was very pleasant to talk to. The first visit was to replace the main water shut-off valves for my home because they had started to leak, and the second time was for a water heater replacement. Troy, the plumber who came out, was very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything he was doing step by step and took the time to answer all my questions. He also made sure I was happy with the job before finishing up. I'm really pleased with the quality of their plumbing work and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Jeff called when he was on the way as I couldn’t be there, He was meeting my girlfriends grandmother on site and made her feel at ease and comfortable. He explained everything thoroughly and explained the process and what he was going to do next. The communication and updates were great and I felt like I knew what was going on even though we weren’t on site with him. The service was quick, Professional and prompt service with a competitive price. I would recommend to anyone.

I called and spoke with Angela and she was very responsive and was able to help me schedule an appointment at my place of business on short notice. Mike came out to run a camera for an issue I was having with my toilets and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. He explained everything upfront and worked very quickly, letting me know what the next steps would be in fixing my issue. I appreciate that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I had a great experience with Mike from Associated Piping Services. He came to install our Flo by Moen water shutoff the day after we called the office. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. He also called back very quickly when I had called the office later with a few questions. Overall great service and highly recommended!

Larry was fantastic and took the time to go over repair options. The price was very fare and much less than Duncan's AC in Winter Garden, the company who installed the unit new. I really appreciated his honesty and the professionalism that both him and Simone provided.

Our air conditioner recently developed a problem. Our home was over 80 degrees and the unit was not cooling. Thankfully, we have an annual maintenance agreement with Associated Piping. My husband called on a Sunday evening, described the problem to the after-hours answering service, and asked for a call from the Associated Piping office in the morning. First thing Monday morning, we received a phone call and by 9:00 a.m. we had a technician at our home troubleshooting our AC unit. The technician located the problem, took a video recording of the problem, showed my husband the video, and, further, showed him the problem on the AC unit itself. The repair required a unique part that the technician did not carry in his truck. He called his office and was told the part was in the Associated Piping warehouse and another technician would arrive the next morning to install the new part.

First thing Tuesday morning, another technician and helper showed up to complete the repair. The job was quite involved and took about 4 hours to complete. By noon on Tuesday, our home (and we) were once again experiencing cool comfort. The AC unit was only 7 years old and still under warranty, so our costs were for labor and Freon only.

I am beyond impressed that, given the challenge of the required repair, a phone call on Sunday night translated into a completed repair on Tuesday.

Associated Piping Services is a first rate company. Larry and Simone organized the installation of a mini split with a high degree of excellence, frequent communication, and terrific follow-through. The installers were professional, efficient, and friendly. The building inspector was complementary of the work, telling me it was nice to see a first-class installation.

Thomas came out to work on our AC which was not coming on. He trouble shot the problem and replaced the fan/blower in the air handler the same day. He was efficient, friendly and cleaned up after he was done. Good job!

David did a good job on our air conditioner. He was prompt and professional. We did get the maintenance yearly plan. Our heat pump is only 1.5 years old, but want to keep it working well.

I have used this company on multiple occasions from small items to large jobs. I am always happy with the outcome. From dealing with their office staff (Simone and Angela) to the employees doing the work they are always polite and courteous. Yesterday I had a plumbing issue and Omar took care of it with no problem at all.

David serviced our AC unit and he was outstanding! He was proactive in reaching out and letting me know when he was going to arrive, and he was an expert in AC repair. I am a tenant and the landlord hired APS to repair a clog drain. The toilet overflows and the backup flowed into the bathtub.
