Our church has received consistently excellent service from Associated for at least 25 years. The tech who came today, Dave, was efficient & professional as they always are. Remarkably good customer service in the office as well as the field. Kudos to a great company & the excellent employees who make it great.

Associated piping is awesome they re-piped my home in a reasonable amount of time 2 days and they were professional and pleasant. They kept me up to date with everything that I needed to know. They are also much affordable then the bigger company. I recommend them

I switched from another HVAC to Associated Piping Services to do my biannual maintenance for my AC. I can not say enough of how pleased I was with the service. Tom was extremely knowledgeable, did an excellent job and my unit is running better than ever now. I will be using Associated Piping Services for all my HVAC needs. When I could not get a certain A/C company to inspect my A/C, I contacted Associated Piping. They took care of the problem in a very timely manner. The technicians (David and James) were courteous and professional and Simone, in the office was most helpful in coordinating everything.

Terrible I call last night for emergency. They tell me that they gone send a plumber. They don’t call me back, I call again and I just received more excuses. Is ok if don’t can’t, just let me know because I put my face in front of our residents.
Pluming call but he said that is to far. Call again this morning. Answer office a take care after 8, I just can left a message for the office. Well lest go to see. But this is the way that they manage a relationship with a costumer.
The manager called me threateningly because I had given him a one-star review, asking if I still wanted him to provide the service even with one star. Obviously, I hung up on him. Poor management is the result of poor service

Tom came out to our home and was so responsive and sweet. He really was knowledgable and great customer service. We ended up buying a service agreement since the service was so good.

David and Jacob arrived right on time, their inspection of our internal and external AC units was thorough and efficient. They even explained what they were checking to us while they were working. They replaced our filters, recharged our freon and even replaced a semi-blown capacitor in our aging internal unit. These guys and this company are great I have already recommended them to all my family in the area and would recommend them to yours as well.

James was polite, friendly and efficient. Not only did he get our AC fixed within hours of us calling, he was able to save us hundreds of dollars by checking for a warranty. I highly recommend James and Associated Plumbing for all AC needs!

I am a tenant, and our landlord hired APS to fix the air conditioning unit. Seems like a great service. Glad to have Tom do the work. He’s nice, polite, respectful…. AND is obviously experienced and good at what he does. He gives good education and explanation, so we feel like we know our unit well.
He arrived quickly after the call, and worked throughly yet expeditiously.

We couldn't be happier or more impressed with the service and AMAZING repair of what we feared was a massive, nearly impossible fix beneath our bathtub and slab! The technicians arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled "window" and went to work immediately, not only repairing the leak but always keeping the cost to us in mind! It was like MAGIC! The attached photo shows the work: bathtub drain itself (not seen in photo), ENTIRE drain line of PVC pipe and P-trap (18 inches BELOW the slab) and all the work was done in a very confined work space - AND without breaking up any slab. Incredible! When Associated Piping says "honest work at a fair price" they deliver just that! We won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends! Thank you to Cody and Austin for the great work and to Kimberly for superb customer service!
