Stay away. No one, out of five, employees knew how to solve my issue and not one of them could care less. This place is obviously meant for contractors and commercial, not petty residential projects. The works were rude and offered no insight. They only wanted to broom me.

WOW! I couldn't be happier with the amazing service and attention that I got from this store, Carlos at the front desk waiting for me after store hours to help me load up and Carry the store manager is so so kind and extremely knowledgeable, they are so professional and they go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need!!! Major Kudos for this store!!!!

When I arrived at Ferguson, it really was wonderful the way they set up ,before you go in ,they have a table has two gallons of hand sanitizers, and instructions how before you go in, with paper towels ,This is the only place I have ever seen that really takes precautions for their customers, and Workers aswell,keep up the good work, Ferguson's..100+ percent...

I wanted a water heater that will last and online they said avoid the big box stores and go to a plumbing supply place. This place was very good! Got me a pro line commercial grade water heater and they knew the parts needed to connect it! I hd a question on the installation of the pressure relief valve and they gave me a tech support number that answered the question. With all the parts and information, I was able to install it in a few hours the easy way with my dad. Highly recommend this place.

Sunil was definitely a big help, my parents house had some broken pipes because of the freeze and he guided me to get the correct parts and even helped me with guidance on what to do next time with a freeze, very knowledgeable, helpful and charismatic, definitely would recommend him

I figured a slow draining toilet was just a simple clog, so I wasted three days pouring store bought liquids down the pipe and trying to snake it myself before admitting defeat. I was really dreading the massive bill that usually comes when a professional has to fix my amateur mistakes. Chris showed up, popped open the tank risers, and pointed out that the thick sludge layer was actually the real culprit causing the backup. He gave me a totally fair price upfront to do an emergency septic pumping and didn't laugh at my failed plumbing attempts. Everything is flushing perfectly now, and I highly recommend giving them a call if you are having septic issues.

A faint sewage smell outside my home office window was making it really hard to focus during my morning conference calls. I needed someone who could handle it fast without me having to step away from my desk. Tony pulled the pump truck up quietly and took care of the entire septic pumping service while I stayed glued to my work. He left the grass looking practically undisturbed and the smell was completely gone by lunch. Tony knocked it out without a single interruption and let me get through my day without missing a beat.
