Terrible experience!!!! Donot use this company if you are in a pinch! I was quoted one base price to a possible highest price over the phone I accepted and a worker was sent with. The quoted timeframe! Once he arrived my husband confirmed with him what the highest price could be and the worker asked if my husband was ok with that! We agreed and he proceeds to jackhammer the side of our home where the leak was and all of a sudden the worker looks and decides the price has now changed to an additional 100+ dollars! How can we decline with no water AND the side of our stucco open to all sorts of critters and the elements in the evening! We used this company in the past and had an agreed upon price, work was done, tip given and we were happy which is why I cancelled another company's similar quote as we had a past good experience! Well they apparently have now graduated from the school of shakedown with honors because that's exactly what it felt like to us a shakedown and they are using their employee they send to do the shaking!! When a price is agreed upon especially when quoted a range of possible cost a company should always stand on their word! It would have been ok to charge us the highest range quoted but to come up with a completely different amount starting the work is not good business at all and I guarantee you that is the kind of business I will never deal with again.

I used their website to book a repair appointment with a special discount on repair service. I got a confirmation email, and a follow up email asking what the problem was. The following business day I still had no email or phone call in regards to the booking. I called the office and was told they were very busy, and would have to check on availability of a plumbing tech. Several hours later, they have someone, but now there's a problem with the online price. The site is not correct, (big surprise right!). It's going to be more than the price listed online and the email notification. That's without even checking how much work the repair would be. They did go over the pricing finally over the phone with me. I canceled the job. One it was more than I wanted to pay, two if they already changed the price on me once, I'm sure they would change it again after the plumber was here ready to do the repair. Consumer beware, if you want to use them call on the phone and get all the pricing upfront. I have used them before without a problem. I guess it's time to find a new plumbing company.

Unfortunately, they were hired by my GC as a sub for the first time to do the complete plumbing job on our new house. I've had nothing but problems. For one they are well overpriced, and now that we need to have our refrigerator water line moved (for a fee) couple of feet to fit our kitchen design, before the drywall hanging stage. They keep ignoring our request after endless phone calls and emails. So we keep having to delay the drywall install stage.
