This was my first time hiring a septic tank pumping service, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. John showed up right when he said he would, walked me through each step, and made sure I understood how everything worked. It was cool to see the special equipment they use for cleaning and inspecting both the tank and the drain field. John took his time answering every question and left my yard looking almost untouched. For anyone new to septic cleaning, I’d absolutely recommend this company, they make it easy and stress free!

never have I gone on a construction site and been publically mocked and insulted and laughed at before in 12 years of work until this morning. Instead of being ready and getting thier job done I was subject to ridicule by tharp workers whom rathered played on his phone, mocking me and taking pictures and giggling. I would've said something to the site manager for tharp but he's initiated the name calling.

Had a disconnected line to our ice maker- they reconnected it without checking for leaks. Unfortunately it caused thousands in damage and we had to replace our kitchen. They gave us a 25% discount on the service.

Just had water heater installed. Scott was on-time and got the job done in the time he said it would. I planned on using my credit card to pay, but when it came to settle up, I was informed of a 2% fee for using credit. Had I known that ahead of time, I would have gone with a different company.

We cannot say enough about Action Plumbing. I texted them on a Sunday about a leak under a sink. We had to shut off the water to the whole house. Needless to say, very inconvenient. Scott was there by 8am Monday and life returned to normal.
