I’m Giving 5 stars and specifically big shout out to David who came to my house on Labor Day weekend to fix the clogs. He worked on the issues in the darkness and it was all resolved, thank goodness. David you are our rock star, this review is a month behind but I really wanted to share how thankful I am.

I am a property manager, and use Bryan Plumbing for all sorts of different issues. They are very responsive, dependable and professional. Their work is always high quality and fairly priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any type of plumbing job.

We just had a repipe completed with Bryan Plumbing and it was the best experience ever! Everyone on their team is so professional and really cares about you and their job! They made sure everything was working perfect and our walls and job was not an easy one. They never complained and made it all look perfect! I could not recommend this company more!! Great people and service!! I would give 100 stars if we could!! Thank you so much! They will forever be our go to plumbing company in Orlando. I referred them to my mom bc she got a crazy quote to fix a leak and they were so great with her job as well, and great priced! So happy we found them.

I had a crew come to my place for repiping the building I live in. Not only did they leave a large mess for me to clean but also broke the latch on the door to my water heater, misplaced an irreplaceable photo that was on my fridge while moving it back and forth and when I returned home the AC was not working. They worked fast but did not take care of my things/apartment.

I am an association manager and have used Bryan Plumbing for years for leak repairs and re-piping. I cannot say enough good things about the company. They are professional, knowledgeable, affordable, and responsive. This holds true in emergency and non-emergency situations. If I could give them more than five stars, I would.

Great work and great support. Bryan Plumbing re-piped my house in January 2020 and the quality of work and value were great. Noticed a minor warranty issue in August 2020 and they resolved it within 24 hours at no cost to me. They will be my go-to plumbers for any future needs.

They refuse to stand behind their work. Literally the worst plumbers I have ever dealt with. And I’ve dealt with a lot owning multiple properties.

In response to the company’s response to the above: This is 100% my experience with Bryan Plumbing. This is 100% accurate. They never called back after I explained the issue twice to 2 different people at the company. This after they took my money and “did the job” and I have had to have 2 people come and fix their mess.

Bryan plumbing have been exceptional to work with. I am a home builder in central florida and after years of searching, i think i've found the most professional plumbers to work with. shout to joey as well

I would like to say I wouldn't call any other plumbing company except Bryan Plumbing. My mom is older and has had several plumbing problems, Bryan Plumbing has been out several times, same day as the call, knowledgeable plumbers have come out and taken care of the problem in a timely manner. Thank u to Jon and Mario. It is a friendly family run company who take pride in their work. Thank u to the owner for running such a professional and caring business.

Called, explained plumbing problem, they had a person at our home within 1-1/2 hrs. Fixed the drain. Also installed a garbage disposal. Quick, reasonably priced. This Company is GREAT. Thank you Bryan Plumbing.

Bryan Plumbing repiped my home & was very professional, on time, cleaned up their working areas and hustled while they were on the job!!! I called a bunch of plumbers to come out on a Saturday because the sewer was backing up into my bathtub drains. Danny came out and he was an excellent plumber. Explained everything, didn't catastrophize and was very appropriate and reasonable in his pricing. I would definitely contact Danny again.

I was referred to Bryan Plumbing and everything was fantastic! From Ed, who had to deal with my questions to Jon who did the toilet installs. Professional, neat, and thorough. Highly recommend Bryan Plumbing.

I was so pleased with your business from Jennifer setting up my appointment to Jon fixing my plumbing issue. Jon was professional and fixed the issue in a timely manner. I will definitely refer your company to family and friends.

Called Monday to get a quote to redo the shutoff value into the house as well as get the line ready for a filtration system loop. The first person I talked to on Monday said they can schedule someone to take a look on the next day, Tuesday. 30 min before the end of the window that was set I called in to confirm everything was ok. The next guy that picked up said that they had no record of my appointment. He asked who and when I set up the appointment. I told him and he's just confirmed that yeah I didn't have an appointment. He sounded annoyed which was fine, I get it. So I asked if I could set an appointment again to get a quote, now this time set for Friday (today). He said fine, asked me again, "what that work you need again?" I explained again that I needed a quote and what I needed. He then seemed a bit busy because he then confirmed Friday and that if anything I can just explain to the person that comes out what we needed. Ok fine. He said at the end that the normal rate is $135 an hour plus parts. I did find this odd but I just thought they were just being upfront on price structure for reference.

Now come today. The actual guy that came out was very nice, communicated with me and kept me in the loop on his time frame. He even ensured that the time works and confirmed important things like if I'll be home and what the gate code was so he wouldn't need to "bother" me again. Things I appreciated.

However, my experience turned sour again when all of a sudden the plumber started what looked like doing work. Looking for the main shut off and turning off my water. I clarified that I was looking for a quote first before the work and he let me know that he was told that he was sent out to do the job, and not to do a quote. The job estimate ended up coming out to $477 just for parts and labor was $135 an hour. So at a minimum $612. I told the plumber that unfortunately that's not a price we can just approve on the spot to get done. This is also when I realized that the second guy I talked to in order to set up an appointment with was either multitasking or too busy to pay attention to what I was asking for and set up the appointment as a service appointment.

The only reason I have an additional star is because the actual plumber was really nice, was communicative, and honestly understanding at the end of the day. Other than that I would have rated them all 1 star.

Absolutely poor experience with the scheduling that ultimately wasted a lot of people's time. Very disappointed in this experience, and ridiculous that this was essentially an admin issue from two different people that dropped the ball.

Edit on 11/08: noted that they replied to my initial review. They seemed empathetic enough and their reasoning is sound. However, this is months after the review. I already got the job done with a different plumber that was on point when it came to listening to me, understanding what I needed, took their time with me, and actually on time for everything. In addition, the other plumber went above and beyond because of how screwed up my lines were AND they set up my filtration unit when they saw that was the ultimate goal with the updates to my lines. At the end of the day it was a blessing that Bryan Plumbing was so poor at how they handled me initially so I could actually find someone that cared to do things right all the way through. Debated lowering my rating to one star because getting a reply months later made me realize again how poor their admin is, but I won't do it because again the initial plumber they actually sent out was nice and the only saving grace. I don't recommend Bryan Plumbing as it is now. I hope they learn from this feedback and make positive changes for future potential clients.

Hope and I called for plumbing help and they sent Robert, one of the kindest, well-informed and helpful guy. It went great and .the price was reasonable for the successful outcome. We can highly recommend, Bryan plumbing for your plumbing issues.

Robert was awesome. He came same day within hours from when I called. He understood the issue and fixed it. Very easy to talk to. Would recommend Robert for any of your plumbing needs.

Re-plumbing is expensive and stressful. I am so pleased I chose Bryan Plumbing for my job. They were meticulous, professional, and courteous from the moment they arrived until the drywall(with texture) was finalized. Everything completed within a few days. They made the process so much more affordable and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had Bryan Plumbing out last week after we attempted to fix some plumbing ourselves and made it worse. They were able to have someone out within a few hours the same day. Austin was the tech that came out and he was very kind and knowledgeable and he did a great job on the repair. We thought the prices were very fair also. Will definitely call Bryan Plumbing any time we need a plumber and recommend them to people we know.

Another company had cut an opening in the ceiling sheetrock but did not find a leak. I called Bryan plumbing and they came and looked also did not find the leak the charged me $145 and told me when I see water again to get my ladder and try to find it myself.

What a joke, we were quoted an hourly labor price and after Jon, the technician completed the small pipe leak. He charged us more than triple that amount, when we reached out to the Ryan Plumbing Company, Fermin Renteria responded with “it was a difficult job, so you were charged more.” If it were such a challenging repair, why did it only take an hour to complete? Lead with, “this repair will cost you triple our labor cost!” Instead of the bait and switch. Will absolutely never do business with them or recommend. Too many honest companies out here to deal with this sort of dishonesty.
