Very reliable and they stand behind their work. Pricing is average.
-
Get service and quality installation. Tech was John, long term employee.
-
I called with a general question about my toilet and the person answering the phone was very helpful and informative even though I wasn't bringing them immediate business. Thank you for that.
-
Great job at fair price on repipes. After their drywall crew finished walls were perfect.
-
I've never heard the F word so much, how dare they speak like that front of my a 76 year old Mother? At one point, 2 employees were 'going to take it outside." Unprofessional

We had a serious stoppage on a Sunday August 2nd - chinese flu/tropical storm etc. - ' Marshall ' was the service tech for the day - this man knocked it out of the park - i could write 3 paragraphs about his professionalism - much thanks - dave lutz

They are so awesome. My apt complex drags their feet everytime we have an issue but I call these guys are they come over right away. They don't leave til the issue is fixed.
-
I'm fixing jobs that these people did in a complex, I don't know if they charged cheap because they did crap or if it's their way of working. Forgive me but they did a crappy job.
-
We called yesterday at 10 and Derrick showed up by 6 and did an amazing job and fixed our problem. Thank you for the quick, professional service!
-
I had two of their associates visit my plumbing problem today. John and David were very quick and kind to assess it. I will trust this company for their services.

Bryan installed a new Water heater. I got a quote on the phone, accepted it and they were here in less than an hour.
A Very professional job. I would recommend them highly!!! -
You call them to get details of what their fixing and how long the water is going to be off and the person answering the phone is absolutely no help and rude. There are way too many plumbing companies in the Orlando area. Do yourself a favor and call a professional reliable plumber

I have seen alot of repipes doing electrical and air conditioning in my time but I will tell you this
None well not none have had the pipes that are exposed straight .
.. the ones done here look like they were done with laser guided instruments and precision
Not many even in the attic look good and straight and strapped properly to not only protect the pipe but make it stay put not shake and keep it away from possible areas of traffic in an attic ....
here the attic is fully accessible still and the pipes are strapped properly and out of the way of possible harm and protected
I know that they didn't have to re check even after the gauges were at 100 psi and holding but they walked the job 4 times even thru the attic yes 4 times even in the attic with flashlights and felt every fitting couplings and t's they used just to make sure the job was done perfectly and no leaks were present
Workmanship is something that is key to the success of any company between the 3 main guys ive never seen dedication and drive to complete a job just not in time but right the first time that has to be the best crew ive seen plum a house
The best repipe ive ever seen was done here today in my house and coming from an ac and electrical guy that lives in attics ive seen my share.
To the crew from Bryan Plumbing thank you for caring about what you do and having the craftsmanship and skill that alot of tradesmen dont have any more.
Perfection in plumbing should be spelled with Bryan Plumbing. -
What a Phenomenal transaction. I was in a jam, faucets for the washing machine were in bad shape and water was all over the place. Derrick showed up and quarterbacked the situation. Great company, professional , and extremely fairly priced.
Thanks again Bryan Plumbing

This one star rating was not based on work done to be fair and clear. However, the tech sent could not give me a clear and transparent price for some basic plumbing work that needed to be done. There were no emergent repairs, just a few modifications. He threw some ridiculous numbers at me for materials, for which he was pricing way over the standard 10-15% mark-up costs and the $100 per hour labor costs, which was high, but I had no problem paying their labor costs. However, I did insist on a solid price for the project which he said he couldnt do because he didnt know how long it would take and all the materials involved which by the way were minimal. I pushed back on that, stating that I wasn't in the habit of paying anyone hourly, especially at a $100 per hour without a clear fixed price for the entire. They could drag ass and milk a cake job like this for hours thinking if a customer was stupid enough to buy that b.s. I explained to him that I've flipped homes, worked in the electrical business with my brother and have also done much of my own work on this specific home, so I know the costs associated with the materials and labor. I also explained that I didnt have the time to do it myself because I had several other projects and am transitioning into another career, so I wanted to sub this particular task over to a contractor.
I was more than willing to have the work done today but the impression I got from the tech was that he either didn't care to do the job/be here, and/or if he had to he would throw some arbitrarily high numbers at me instead of outright turning the job down.
It's really bad when local contractors won't be transparent, fair and honest about their pricing and instead get shady hemming and hawwimg when you push back on that kind of hustle. Perhaps that's the culture or training at Bryan's Plumbing, not sure. In my frustration with how the experience and conversation ended with this tech, I called the company and spoke with a "supervisor", not the owner. I explained what I needed done and how it all went south with the tech. His response was that we don't work that way and he would call the tech to speak with him to get me a price. I asked him not to send John back here, since it wasn't a pleasant experience. So, an hour later and I have yet to hear back from them. It appears they only want to work with naive customers and take lay-down jobs at exorbitant prices. Understandably, there's plenty of work out there and low hanging fruit for now, so they're capitalizing on the good times. However, if the job isn't worth your while tell a customer but don't try and jerk them around, especially if they are knowledgeable. It's insulting and a waste of time for everyone involved.
Buyer beware. Don't higher any contractor on an hourly basis. It's a sure fire way to get ripped off. Get upfront material and labor costs on paper. It's simple. If they can't do that. Run and spread the word. -
Had water streaming from a pipe to my water heater late on New Years Eve. Derrick came to the rescue in the middle of the night and quickly repaired the problem. He was professional and kind - as well as apologetic for what he had to charge for the emergency call. Totally understood as it was the middle of the night and a holiday! Grateful for the help and service!

Highly recommend! Huge kudos to Mario, Derek and the other gentleman (didn’t catch his name) for the great communication and quick installation of my new water heater! You guys are awesome!

Bryan Plumbing repiped our home yeara ago after a slab leak. We have often used them at other properties, and I would call them to customers homes all the time when I worked in restoration. Their team is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I still use and refer them 12 years later.

So "derrick" who didnt even wanna give me his name didnt represent himself or the company well. No clear analysis was given after looking at the valve, the faucet is still leaking AND he tried to over charge me for incomplete work. Thank God I asked him to call the office and they directed him to change the price. derrick didn't even apologize and showed no empathy to the situation. I had to show him the faucet was still leaking folks, he was demanding I pay the full price. Just ridiculous.

Great company. Austin came out and helped me replace some piping that had pinhole leak. Fair price and honest people. Would highly recommend them

Had a massive leak in my bathroom and tech seemed super annoyed on the phone, and arrived past the window he gave me. I get that it was emergency hours but I felt uneasy I had even called. He was somewhat better once he was at my place and fixed the leak promtly.
I noticed after that the hot water in my bathroom sink was no longer working so I called to let them know. The rude employee on the phone told me there was no way the hot water could have been affected by what the technician did. I explained to her that I had no explanation other than it was working before and it's not now. she told me if they came out to look at it they would charge for another call. I stated again that it was working before. She then said to go under the sink and check the hot water valve, I turned it and it fixed the issue. So obviously her technician had messed with it and didn't return things to the way they were. When I pointed this out she had no reply. This is something I would have no idea about as I'm not a plumber. I would just say overall the customer service here is not stellar and instead of being willing to double check their work they seem a little money hungry.
