Brad and Matt were awesome! They arrived right when they said they would. They had my old water heater out and the new gas water heater installed and running in about an hour. They even hauled off the old one for us. Paying was super convenient through their emailed portal and it included all the documentation and photos I needed to submit a rebate form to my gas company. Dommerich Hills Sewer Connection

We had to go off Septic and connect to Sewer as part of the expansion of the Maitland Central Sewer System. Luckily for us, a neighbor recommended The Drain Daddy. When we called the office, Brya answered. What a great first impression! She was sweet and kind and answered our preliminary questions. She then set up a meeting for us to discuss our project with the owner, Bradley MacWithey. During this meeting, I knew Brad was ‘our guy’. He checked all our boxes - Experienced, Hard-working, Honest and driven to deliver Quality. He addressed all our questions and delivered a fair quote. We felt very confident our project would be done RIGHT. After receiving permit approvals from the city, he began our project and finished on schedule. And we couldn’t be happier. Brad and his team (Mathew and Jeremy) worked together flawlessly to complete our project. We could tell they all trusted and respected each other. They all worked very hard and took pride in doing GREAT work while being very respectful of our home and lawn. Each evening, they ensured that our property was left both clean and safe.

We are thrilled with the way this project turned out. I would HIGHLY recommend The Drain Daddy for your Sewer connection project. We have definitely found OUR GUY for ‘All Things Plumbing’ for LIFE!! Had a great experience with Drain Daddy. The technician (Arthur)that came to our house was professional and quick to put our mind at ease that we didn’t have a broken pipe. He was able to address and resolve our issue and the cost was less than I had anticipated. I give them a 10/10.

Where to begin? First, Bri (sp?) from reception was incredible! I have had issues with my garbage disposal for MONTHS, had Frank Gay out THREE times and paid about 1k on the same issue, only for them to then say I need to have over 21k worth of work done for my kitchen drain to be fixed and to use my kitchen sink. I’ve gone without a functioning kitchen sink for over a week now until Brad from Drain Daddy showed up today and FIXED THE ISSUE-for an upfront and extremely reasonable service call fee. He also did a camera inspection and my estimate IF I want to be proactive and replace the old existing original pipes for a FRACTION of what Frank Gay was going to charge me. He gave the most thorough inspection and explanation I could ever ask for.

I cannot express my gratitude enough, nor can I give Drain Daddy a more exemplary review and recommendation. I called just about every Orlando plumber in town and NOT ONE offered what Drain Daddy did. We have certainly found our go-to plumber for ALL work moving forward, and I encourage anyone reading this to look no further for any and all plumbing issues or projects. Do not waste your time on any other plumbers in the area. It’s been a real challenge to find an honest plumber who does quality work and doesn’t charge an arm and a leg for a service call. There were no “upcharging” sales pitches and Brad was the most intelligent, knowledgeable, and friendliest service call I’ve ever had in the 28 years that I’ve lived in Florida. A Company That Deserves Trust And Respect! My wife and I recently purchased a new home. We are doing major renovations to the entire house and the deadline was quickly approaching. Several work items were not getting done and when I spoke with our contractor he said those items were not in the estimate and they do not do that work, I need to call a plumber. OH NO!!! I said to myself. Where am I going to find an expert plumber to come and take care of these items with our finish date only a couple of days away? I searched and found a plumber listed that had superior reviews. I contacted them and much to my amazement they could take care of me right away. I spoke with Mary on the phone several times and found her to be not only very pleasant and knowledgeable but RESPONSIVE as well. In this day and age responsiveness is hard to find. Turns out Mary's husband Pierre was the person coming to do the work. I am SO PLEASED with P And M Plumbing, LLC...best in the business. Mary handled all the front-end business getting the details scheduling the time and so on. Pierre showed up PRECISELY when he said he would and completed every work item perfectly. While I was talking with Pierre, Mary stopped by to check on progress. Bottom line? This is a small family business that truly has flawless execution. Mary and Pierre are wonderful people and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation. The work was impeccable. They truly understand how to care for their clients. I am a customer for life and I will happily be referring P And M Plumbing, LLC to everyone I know who needs plumbing work. Pierre is the TRUTH! DON’T call Frank Gay! For ALL your plumbing needs Pierre is ALL YOU NEED! You wont find a better price OR better service ANYWHERE! Where Frank Gay failed and still took my money Pierre succeeded in HALF the time and I payed a FRACTION of what Frank was gon charge! Frank charges for effort. Pierre charges for RESULTS! Let me start by say I'm grateful for coming across P and M plumbing I had a tenant that was out of hot water for days due to plumbers after confirmed appointments they were no call no show I called P and M plumbing explained situation and they came within the hour and did job exceeding expectation. Will hire them again and I highly recommend P and M plumbing.!!!

P&M plumbing was very reliable and they take pride in doing excellent work they were very responsive when I had a leak and suggested a repipe which I will be letting them do.

I found P and M Plumbing through Thumbtack for some work that I needed to have done related to my water heater. Pierre did an excellent job. He's professional, honest, thorough, and extremely reasonable. Such a contrast to some of the places I had been dealing with.

I have to say that Pierre and his crew where God sent angels for us. We have been having a problem with our kitchen sink for months now, and just recently it was worse from another plumbing company, (whose name I will not say), but we were referred to call Pierre and they came to our home and cleared the pipe up completely. We were told it was grease built up deep in the pipes. Pierre I want to thank you and your family for everything you have done.
