I reached out to p and m around 10 pm due to a clogged sink and pipe leaking. I received a response within a hour and a time was set up for following date. Pierre arrived , and was able to find issue quickly. He also explained preventative maintenance that can be done to drain line, which is very helpful to know. Great experience

After horrible experiences elsewhere, finally a small family owned company with a passion for plumbing expertise, getting the job done right, and charging a fair price. My recent back up into my shower had me in tears, concerned about cost, and on-going issues resulting in more costs (past experience with other companies) . Pierre and his team set my mind at ease before they even arrived, were on time, and on point. For a small company they have the latest technology and a wealth of experience with all plumbing from old Florida homes (mine) to new construction. They perform water jetting which is better for old cast-iron, and made sure to not only solve my problem line, but ensured the rest of the lines in the house were good as well. They recommend this service once a year to avoid problems. Funny how the other bigger companies never mention this perhaps hoping for an emergency issue to run up the rates. I highly recommend this company. Great communication, ease of invoicing, and multiple ways to pay. Very personable, very professional, and very knowledgeable.

In my over 40 years as a Realtor and investor, P and M Plumbing is the most professional plumber I have ever hired. Pierre was not only knowledgeable and respectful, it was obvious that he really loved his profession. After calling 14 other companies who either didn't answer or didn't have time to do a serious leak repair, Pierre answered the call, had me send him a picture, gave me a quote and promised to arrive at my home after completing the job that he was presently performing. When he and his helper arrived, the job was much more complicated than he expected, but he still repaired it for the original quote. I will be using him for not only repairs but also for major complete remodeling.

We have called Pierre for three different issues with our house now - replacing a hot water heater, replacing shower cartridges, and replacing a kitchen faucet. He is always responsive, prompt, professional, and has everything running perfectly when he is finished with his work. Pierre is friendly and as approachable as can be, and our young kids love him! Pierre and Mary helped me out with a main line clog and they did a hydrojetting at a very fair price. It only took about 30 minutes total and he found the clog right away. I will trust them to do any plumbing work in the future.
