I'm not a professional, just an average homeowner. I needed to replace a water heater and I found out that Hughes Supply sells to the public. I could have bought a water heater from Home Depot for more money, and not had parts available locally if anything were to fail. Instead, I called Hughes and ordered over the phone, saved over $100 and got a plumber's grade water heater shipped to my door in South Lake County. Great service and am extremely pleased!

Soooooo slow to unload my truck! Arrived 15 minutes early to my appointment. Another truck arrived 25 minutes after me and they unloaded that truck first. Absolutely no hustle with these guys.

The reviews are more than correct they are extremely accurate! Margaret was wonderful to work with; she is so knowledgeable, doesn't over promises and definitely over delivers! She found what we were looking for to complete a bathroom makeover on time and on budget!

This was my first encounter with Hughes, and will not be my last. I needed a wall mounted commode for my home. I had been to other suppliers with no success or suggestions. Devon and Catherine were very pleasant, knowledgeable and eager to help. They did not have one or guarantee if or when they could get one. They called a competitor who had 1 in stock. I was at the end of my rope and they took care of me. This will NOT be the last time I go there to complete my needs.

I always get great service at the parts counter from Catherine, Devon, Preston and of course Bob-bin. It's nice to deal with people that can put up with my sometimes childish humor and still find the parts I need for repairing drinking fountains. They are all a great group including all the staff that work in the office and the warehouse. Never had a bad experience there and I've been there plenty. I appreciate all your hard work. I didn't forget about you Tony and I miss Bill and Tommy.

I needed to express gratitude and commend the outstanding service provided by Jose (do not know his last name) But he works at the counter. When assistance was needed outside of normal business hours, He stayed late to ensure accommodation was provided.
The employee's willingness to go above and beyond to assist was impressive. The employee demonstrated exceptional dedication by staying late to address needs and made a significant positive impact on the experience. His professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service are commendable.
Specifically, He patiently walked me through the process to my problem, stayed calm and helpful despite the lateness of the hour. Their actions demonstrated a remarkable level of helpfulness and commitment to customer satisfaction. I was so impressed, i offered him a position with me at my company. He said he is Loyal with Hughes and respectfully declined! and i totally get it. I will continue to purchase our supplies with Hughes Thank you!
