Waiting for quite a while without any phone call from the company as to why they were late. 4 hours later they did come the technician was fantastic to the job really quickly Jason was very kind and considerate.

Started while I was out of town, 5 days earlier than expected. Took them two weeks and two day to cover their bases. When they left , what a mess ! Will not us this company again or recommend. The guys had plenty of time to smooth out the surface, they stood outside over an hour talking to someone in another truck.

Jan-29 Edit: At the time I scheduled the service the representative took my credit card information and told me they would process it after the service was done. Today I received a certified mail threat letter from them stating they would place a lien on my property for non-payment if I didn't settle the bill. I've received no courtesy communication by phone or email informing me that there was a problem since the service was performed... dropped a star due to incompetent billing procedures.

The new online scheduling is nice. We’ve used Brownie’s for years to pump our tank. Jean S was fast, efficient, communicated well, asked us to check everything ant the end, and put things back exactly the way there were before leaving.

Highly highly recommended!! Eric Flowers came out and educated me on how a septic system works, as I was absolutely clueless. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable and professional. I even got a report with pics and through explanation of what was done and recommendations for future preventative maintenance. I had used a company called Anzaldos before and they were terrible and no comparison to Brownies.

I called in and got an appointment for the next day. The next day, I called them in the morning to check the status of the truck and was told that I would get a text when they would come betweem 12pm until late evening. I waited a few more hours and at 7:30pm I called again to check the status of the truck. Lady who answered said that they were supposed to be here at 5:30pm. Well, she couldn't care less and told me that I was not an emergency so they bumped for the next day. We waited the whole damn day without taking shower, cleaning dishes, or nothing so taht we could get the septic pump. To simply be told that there is nothing they can do and tough luck and wait. Unacceptable and I was not even offered a confirmation that it would be done first thing in the morning, or anything to try to please me. Horrible customer service.

I had a great experience with Luis from Wind River Septic! He was punctual and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the problem that caused the back -up as well as how to prevent it from happening again. From the moment I placed the service call to the follow -up report everything was fabulous. I would highly recommend them for your septic needs.
