IDK who Hones dealt with, but there's nobody who works there named Natasha. Not even anyone with a name that sounds remotely close to Natasha. In fact, there isn't even anyone there with a name that has more than 2 syllables.

I needed someone to conduct a slab leak detection in my basement. Yes I have a basement in Florida and water was sipping thru the walls. It turns out the irrigation pipe above the basement was cracked and it would leak when that zone was on only 30 minutes twice a week which made it a small hard to find leak. Highly recommend Leak squad.
