We brought Paramount Plumbing in to handle a significant issue at our office building — a main line blockage that was affecting three of our restrooms during business hours. As a property manager, the last thing you want is a plumbing problem disrupting tenants, so response time and professionalism were critical.
Paramount had a crew on-site within two hours of my call and handled the whole situation with minimal disruption to the building. They cordoned off the affected areas properly, communicated clearly with me throughout the process, and had everything back up and running by early afternoon. They also ran a camera inspection of the line afterward to make sure there weren't any underlying issues — that kind of thoroughness is exactly what you need in a commercial setting.
Pricing was competitive and the invoice was itemized and easy to review, which my accounting team always appreciates. I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and the difference with Paramount was that they actually treated this like a business relationship, not just a one-off job. They followed up two days later to make sure everything was still functioning properly.
We've since added them to our preferred vendor list for all of our managed properties. Highly recommend for any commercial or multi-unit work.

Our engineering firm has worked with Paramount Plumbing on three ground-up commercial construction projects over the past two years, ranging from a mid-size medical office building to a 40,000 sq ft warehouse facility. At this point they are our go-to mechanical subcontractor, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
What separates Paramount from other plumbing contractors we've worked with is their ability to operate at the intersection of technical competence and project coordination. Their team reads and works directly from our construction drawings without issue, flags potential conflicts during rough-in before they become RFIs and consistently meets the scheduling milestones our GC sets. On a recent tilt-wall project, they identified a coordination issue between the plumbing chase and the structural steel layout early enough that we were able to resolve it in the design phase rather than in the field — that alone saved the owner significant time and cost.
Their crews are licensed, show up when they're supposed to, and the quality of their rough-in and finish work holds up cleanly through inspection. We've never had a failed plumbing inspection on a Paramount project, which is not something we can say about every sub we've used.
From a documentation standpoint, their submittals are organized, their as-builts are accurate, and communication with their project manager is responsive and professional. They understand how a construction project runs and conduct themselves accordingly.
We will continue recommending Paramount Plumbing to owners and general contractors without hesitation.

Great communication and did amazing work in a timely manner, would recommend!

Paramount replaced our commercial hot water heater and located and repaired three separate unrelated slab leaks. Our building was damaged when a concrete truck working on an adjacent building hit our common wall and caused significant damage. It couldn't have occurred it a worse time as we were about to host 30 clients for a new product roll out.
Paramount was on site within an hour and worked through the night to remedy our problems. We had not previously worked with Paramount but going forward will work with no one else. To a person the four people who were on site were professional courteous and very knowledgeable. Their ability to get a very specific new heater delivered within 12 hours was more than we hoped for. All in all given the work they completed in would have charged more than they did.
