Richie showed up at the appointed time, and after assessing the situation got to work at replacing my water heater. Discovering some issues regarding the previous installation of our old water heater, Richie figured out a workaround and got everything hooked up so it was working properly. He was very thorough about checking all the faucets, tubs and showers making sure that everything was working properly. On top of excellent work, he was extraordinarily pleasant to be around. This is my third experience with Ark Plumbing and I couldn’t ask for better people and better results. This company hires not only great professionals but wonderful people as well. I highly recommend Ark Plumbing!

I have used Greenway Plumbing for several of our plumbing needs. Ordinarily, I have had no issues scheduling services, but this time when I scheduled for service between 10am and 12pm the following day, for some reason, this service did not get on the books. I arrange my day to have this service done at this time and when 12 PM came and went without the service man arriving, I called to find out what the issue was. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in the same day. The service person arrived by 2 PM and the service was completed within two hours. I am pleased with the work that was done and how they accommodated for their scheduling error. I will continue to use Greenway Plumbing for my plumbing future needs.

We have used Greenway for a couple of projects and they are fast, timely and efficient. They even have came out once just to check on an issue and help us get to the bottom of it, which turned out to be an AC issue and not plumbing. Great customer service every time.

Nick showed up quick, identified and fixed our issue immediately, and was very kind to us as well.

We had a water line break where the main connected to our water softener, and Mike from Greenway Plumbing came out within hours of calling them and had the line rerouted and capped within 30 minutes of arriving. The service was outstanding and the company went out of its way to re-route Mike so we wouldn't be without water for more than a few hours. We would highly recommend Greenway Plumbing to anyone. One of the things we liked most is that Greenway's techs are all strictly plumbers.
