Spoke by phone. I asked some questions about my plumbing problem. He told me he couldn't answer, and that my questions were "stupid". He was extremely RUDE, DEMEANING, and very UNPROFESSIONAL. I was shocked and would never do business with anyone who behaved in such a manner.

I had John install a new dishwasher and remove old one. Was very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend Palm Harbor Plumbing.

We had been plagued for months with rotten food odors emanating from the disposal. In a short conversation, John suggested a simple solution which worked and 10 minutes later that problem was history. Much appreciated John.

Had a problem removing a old faucet ,made a phone to John and he answer the phone professional, I told him my problem and said he will take care of it,having a kitchen faucet not working days before Thanksgiving (stunk).John came did the job in a timely manner,left the place as clean as he found it . I highly would use him and you should also

The plumber gets out his truck with a shovel, first thing I said was "sir you don't need a shovel I have a leak behind the kitchen sink not a sewer issue " he replied - " no no I have to dig to find the sewer line" This went back & fourth

Then after digging and not finding the sewer line he pulls the toilet - for no reason !!! Finally I again ask (((fourth time))) no joke ! - "can you PLEASE check behind the kitchen sink " he did and said "the problem was bigger than he thought" he then said he is leaving and charged me a $100 for digging holes & pulling a toilet that accomplished absolutely nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I then tried calling the owner John, to see if he could look at the kitchen sink, I never got called back ! No reply !

Next day I called Hauck Master Plumbers WOW !
They came out replaced the leaking sink pipe that was behind the sink wall, no nonsense and very very affordable ((( 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ stars )))

In my 30+ years of calling plumbers from Seattle to Florida, Palm Harbor Plumbing was/Is the worst !!!
I paid $100 for absolutely nothing !!!!

John, the owner worked on Saturday and Sunday during rain and fixed the main water supply line feeding into several business. Now everyone has water on Monday morning. I can't say enough good things about Palm Harbor Plumbing.

ZERO STARS- Sunday main sewer line clean out- the cleanout is readily available and they tell me it is $660 for 1 hour of work! I wasn't expecting to pay THREE TIMES AS MUCH as every other time Ive done this. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

I dont do reviews as a rule but I have to say its such a pleasure to find a true company that really does go the extra mile. If you need a plumbing company you cannot go wrong with Palm Harbor Plumbing .............

John is a great plumber. He's super responsive and doesn't try to upset you into something you don't need. Super nice guy and always willing to go the extra mile.

I had a simple clog so i called. A nice elderly man came in a timely manner with no equipment. He walked in with a drill snake you buy at Harbor freight. After an hour of wasting time, i ended this chaos. Called pink plumber and they brought a real snake and fixed it

Our usual plumber was not available so I figured I would use a local place. The guy was much older then I was expecting and felt odd like I should be helping him! I knew there was going to be an issue when I told him where the snake line on the roof was and he stated they don't do it that way. Instead he ripped up the toilet and it turn out to be an entire afternoon ordeal. I'm not saying not to use the guy but just be aware they do things their own way so ask your questions up front.

We will never call another. He is helped us with numerous plumbing problems in our home. Each time he came on time as stated. His Work is professional and clean. Very reasonable pricing. Pleasure to speak with too. He and his wife are very friendly.

Need to replace the washing machine water valve. First showed up late without calling. A day later. In the process to get to the pipe, insisted on going to front of wall, instead of behind, with a sawz-all. Despite my suggestion. Think he was to too lazy to replace the drain pan. Destroyed the nice wood panel & the drain pan is now useless, since he cut it too. If the valves leak again, I'll be dealing with mold in the wall. Now I have to repair the wall, replace the pan, and of course take the valves back off to do this. Stay away from this guy for anything more than a simple fix.

John did a great job replacing 2 valves for me. Was out the next day after I called. Excellent service!

Palm Harbor Plumbing helped me out when I had a leak in a water pipe under my floor. They suggested a good leak detection service, and once we knew exactly where the leak was, Palm Harbor came in, jackhammered the floor, found the leaky pipe, fixed it, poured concrete, and it was good as new that same day. I'll always call them up when I need a plumber.

John at PHP is my only choice for my plumbing service. PHP is very responsive on answering their calls and provide prompt, courteous and affordable plumbing service. John is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Don't call anyone else; as you will be disappointed!

I was very pleased to use Palm Harbor club name on three occasions the most recent he was able to come on a Saturday to my friends house in St. Petersburg Florida at 5 PM and was installing a dishwasher into a granite countertop taking several hours to do a meticulous job for installation and to fix in addition the dishwasher for a remarkable price of $161. John DiNucci is a remarkable master plumber and I would highly recommend

A/C repair called and did thorough investigation to prove the obvious pipe leak., cost $120
Leak detection company called per palm harbor plumbing in order to pinpoint leak., cost $280
Attempting to recontact palm harbor plumbing to only get the runaround and no shows.
5 days no water., $ priceless
Damaged ceiling,wall and floor,$ priceless
$570 out of pocket so far not including cost for real plumber and major repairs thanks to palm harbor (no response) plumbing.
