I called John. He came over and took care of my issue immediately. Very reasonably priced service was impeccable and clean. Would definitely use Palm harbor plumbing again.

Ive used John on a Half Dozen of my Rental units and Home. He is always ready to help when I am in a Jam! Reasonable Rates and notices things others would never point out. One of the last Real Plumbers around!

Not only were they very punctual, they were able to squeeze me in early. While at my home, they were very thorough to ensure that the issue was completely resolved. I highly recommend them.

John arrived 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment, ready to work. He was very professional and courteous, provided up front prices and completed the work in a short time. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services and I will certainly use again if/when needed.

We contacted Palm Harbor Plumbing to fix a our plumbing which was blocked. He originally quoted $160 to clear the blockage, but when he completed the job he demanded $361. His explanation was it took him two hours. I feel that he took advantage of us by low balling the quote, then adding an addition $200 without any heads up or explanation other than he had to go on the roof. We have a one story house and the pitch was not that steep. I would not use this company again.

Don't let the old truck and the giant PVC pipe on top fool you!! Inside is every tool and supply John needs to do the job. If he doesn't have what is needed, he'll run out and get it! John is tenacious and will stay as long as necessary to get a job done and more importantly, do it right! He takes the extra time to come up with a solution to a problem. He has been invaluable to us in solving so very odd problems with our home at a more than reasonable price. We will never use another plumber. John is our guy!

Palm Harbor plumbing has been our go to plumber for over 20 years. John and Vicki are always responsive, provide quality work and reasonable prices. We only use them for our plumbing services.

Would most certainly recommend John. We asked John to take a look at a kitchen faucet that was running slow. He spent more than an hour trying to find problem and made some adjustments and finally found the plastic inner workings had broken off and clogged the pipes. He recommended a new faucet since the plastic couldn't be repaired. We bought a new one and he came back on a Saturday and installed it. He only charged us for the installation of the new one and completed it in less than an hour.

John and his team saved the day! We were ankle deep in our shower with sewage as our pipes were backed up from a toilet installation gone wrong. It took some time to clean out the pipes and resolve the issue but we were thoroughly impressed by Palm Harbor plumbing as they worked to fix the issue. John went above and beyond; even going so far as to work on our toilets to keep the problem from happening again. We are so grateful and will use them again in future!

John recently recommended and installed a Reverse Osmosis Filter system for our brand new refrigerator. The filter system is working great and good tasting, clean water is now available thru the new refrigerator. Good Job John.

I had a tenant that l ordered a new washer and dryer for. But the delivery guy postponed the installation because of the cold water valve. I called plumber after plumber. But, couldn't get a fair price or accmendataing time schedule for my tenant. Then, l was blessed enough to get in contact with John. And he went above and beyond the call of duty in resolving my concerns. As long as l am in business as a landlord, I plan to use his services.

John was great. Small local company but very professional and efficient. I had questions about the issues that were being fixed and he took the time to explain the issues and what work was being done. I didn't feel like I was just another "customer". John is the most respectful plumber I've ever met.He takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. He is priced very reasonable and does excellent work. I have known John for quite a few years and always is responsive and does awesome work and is very clean and efficient! BTW-he doesn't like Drano!! LOL! We highly recommend!

I will recommend John and his team to EVERYONE. Not only did he come to my house within only 2 hours for 2 separate issues recently, but the charges were not astronomical. In fact, on one visit I was sure I had an interior leak and John found that it was something with my hot water heater that needed repaired by the company who services it and didn't even charge me.

Contacted on 11/30/24 for a call back regarding a plumbing issue. Advertise 24 hour service but didn't get a response until 30 hours later and John told me he would be out the following day which was fine with me. Unfortunately, he would not commit to an appointment time but assured me he would be here. Monday came and passed and he didn't show. Tuesday night I get a call about coming over and I told him it wasn't necessary. Curious that service and communication was so lacking because he could have walked to my house from his Ozona office in less that a minute! Both times I have tried to use his services have been disappointing and will not try again.........

John's Palm Harbor Plumbing was one of the first companies we hired to have work done on our house in Palm Harbor in 2013. His marketing with the van and the huge pipe on top announcing "PALM HARBOR PLUMBING" is pure genious.

We have had to call him at least once a year over the past 11.5 years for emergency and non-emergency work. He has ALWAYS been dependable and will show up at off-hours for emergency work.

He goes above and beyond to do some of the little stuff. For example, working on a faucet in a bathroom he noticed the toilet filling slowly. He had the parts parts on-hand and only charged for that. There are innumerable subtle things he observed on previous visits and fixed.

He and his wife are just great people and you may find yourself talking about a number of random topics (hint: ask about avocados).
