Reviews of local pros in Ozona, Florida

They were very friendly, professional and quick. John did a fantastic job and we will call them again if we ever find ourselves in need of a plumber. Great service.

John was fantastic today and he was able to fit me into his schedule at the last minute. He arrived when he said he would, was very professional in his manner, explained what he was doing and discussed options for the future without me feeling any pressure. John cared about my problem and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend Palm Harbor Plumbing for any and all of your plumbing needs. Very good experience!!

My mother-in-law has used this plumbing company for many years now. In her words, you can't find a better company or person to do the job. John is very reliable, same day service, and he keeps his cost low to help the customer. Such a nice guy to boot! Thank you John for not gouging the customer!

John DeCuzzi is a professional, with an extensive knowledge of his craft. He has worked for me before, so I knew I could count on him. He showed up promptly and took care of my plumbing problems. He was more than fair in his pricing and when he finished, he checked other areas to make sure all was well. I would highly recommend his services.

John replaced my old water heater and helped me with a leaky pipe that had been a nuisance for several months. He found the problem right away and fixed it. He is a licensed plumber, you get what you pay for. Very professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend him.

Called late on a Saturday afternoon to schedule an appointment to repair leaking washing machine faucet after new installation where the installers left it leaking. John got on the phone and asked me a couple of questions, gave me instructions to diagnose the problem and how to fix it. Problem solved at no charge. I will forevermore more use this plumbing company and you should too if so called old fashion values and customer service matter to you. I can't thank them enough!

I want to give a big thank you to John DeCuzzi at Palm Harbor Plumbing for providing outstanding service. From start to finish, John was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He completed the job efficiently and with great attention to detail. Not only was the service top-notch, but the pricing was also very fair and honest. It’s hard to find quality workmanship at reasonable rates these days, but John truly delivered both. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing services — you won’t be disappointed!
