Palm City Palms Susan, Jason and their staff were professional did actually what they said they would do and more. I cant thank them enough. We built a new home that needed a complete landscape package from design to finish they did a magnificent job!

My wife and I were there 2 hours. Picked out 6 plants. Informed the owner we needed our HOA approval which would be no problem. Agreed to have the owner(Susan) come to the house to do an analysis since we had a holly tree we thought we could not remove. Found out we could so informed her we did not need her to visit since problem was solved. Would call in as soon as HOA approved(about 5 days) and arrange for them to deliver and install plants. Susan called us the next day and decided she did not want the job. We were told at first her visit was not mandatory and they would do the job. We needed the holly tree removed and Susan said to have someone else remove it, then send them to her business to get the trees to put in. We felt we were mislead and treated very badly, and I feel Susan was very rude to me. BUYER BEWARE!!!

We just had a row of Areca palms put i as a border and I cannot say enough good stuff about this company. We called 2 other places that did not give us the time of day. We made one call to Palm City Palms and they had us scheduled. They were here on time when promised and they did an amazinjg job. They made sure everything was perfect before they left. Totally happy and I highly recommend them.

I would like to send out a BIG THANK YOU to Palm City Palms and Tropical's. The team of men were at our establishment on a Saturday morning. They were a fantastic crew, very neat, and cleaned up after themselves. Our school garden had become over grown and Susan and her crew came in and have made a fantastic improvement. THANK YOU. We would highly recommend them. Susan is very knowledgeable in this field and left us knowing more than we did before :-)

After 10+ years, I have had it with the HORRIBLY RUDE phone staff... I'll pay $150 for a delivery before I'll put up with those girls...

My last order would have been over $12K, I took my money elsewhere and I'm soooooooo glad I did...

Wow! What an amazing nursery. They have an incredible selection of all kinds of plant material set up, well, you feel like you're in a garden! They will design your Personal Paradise too! Great team of friendly and knowledgeable folks watering around, caring for the material, & answering questions.

Very disappointed with their service and standing behind their plants. Bought several thousand in land scape redoing my back yard in late 2020 including two foxtail palms.
The palms started very well and in less than two years both have developed core rot.
Susan and Brooke’s answer was they must of been hit by lighting. Seriously their both planted on opposite sides of the yard more than 150 feet apart.
They were not even willing to discuss a discounted price for replacements. I would take my business else where!

I pulled in and immediately admired their products. It is a lovely spot. They specialize in sustainable landscaping and are very knowledgeable. This is what I can tell a prospective customer.

However, my experience was of a different nature. I had come in for an interview. The woman that I had driven to see was not there. And I was tossed back and forth between the other women, left to feel like prey being toyed with by cats.
I wish I had discovered them in another fashion, as I could see myself utilizing their inventory and knowledge.

I was given free advised on the type of palms that do better in the local area, something I did not have knowledge of and which helped me in my decision of purchases. The service here goes above and beyond. Huge selection of top mango varieties. On-site help knew exactly what to recommend for my needs, not overbearing in any way. 12ft coconut creme mango tree for half the average price listed online, in great health and already flowering!! (Also bought a choc anon which fruits twice a year!!) The staff even offered to transport the trees home for us, even though the truck was already put away for the night and with only 45 minutes left to closing. Best prices and people around!!

Please let me start by saying the nursery is beautiful and they have a very large selection of trees and plants. We hired them to re-do our entire landscaping on our new home. The staff was very knowledgeable and hard working. However, this is where everything changes. Two days after the trees were planted, we had a rain storm which caused one of the palm trees to tilt (there were no supports around the tree at all). I called Palm City Palms and let them know what happened and asked if they could send someone to straighten the tree. I was told to stand on the ball of the tree and try to straighten it myself. I had a few friends come over and we straightened it ourselves. That was our first issue. The second issue we had was approximately two weeks after the landscaping was done when one of the hibiscus trees that they installed died. I called Palm City Palms to see if they would come take a look and maybe replace it. I was told there were no warrantees on the trees and there was nothing they can do for me. I understand plants die, but two weeks later and after over $4000 spent? I would think a company would stand behind their products for at least 30 days, especially if they are doing the installation. Everyone should know before doing business with them that there is no warranty on any of their products. If something dies or falls down, it’s your problem. They are very courteous and helpful at the beginning, but once they get their money and the job is done, you are on your own.

Always love shopping here. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good assortment of plants, palms, trees and perennials. Sally, Susan, Brooke and Juan have super good customer service! Love this nursery!

We absolutely love the entire team; Susan, Brooke, Jason and the entire team are always great to work with. We have partnered with them on three different projects to give our home our desired landscape. Susan has always been very helpful designing the project and working with our requests. Jason and the installation crew are professional and leave the project in great shape. If you are looking for a professional landscape team look no further.

We wanted a nice hedge to cover our AC and pool equipment and Susan designed a great hedge with Cocoplums along with a few palms. They’ve always been prompt and efficient. Great work PCP.

Sallie was an excellent member of the staff. She was knowledgeable about the plants, offered advice, and never rushed us during the two times we stopped. We took her advice and ordered 2 trees and several plants. We will be back and are recommending PCP and Sallie to friends

Sallie and crew were nice from the start and easy to work with. They delivered and installed on schedule for a fair price. We're happy with our clusia hedge and will be using there services again in the future. Thank you!

Yesterday, Susan Shay at Palms City Palms was incredibly rude to me and lost a customer for life.
I had a simple question about whether or not the $100 delivery fee should be taxed.
Rather than explain anything, Susan refused to sell me the order (they lost $500 right there) and was condescending and rude to me as I left.
Be aware that they illegally collect tax on some deliveries.
Awful experience.

Short of us being pleased with Palm City Palm’s plantings, the amount of money we have spent, and being referred by outside parties to have their in-house landscape designer provide us with a custom design plan…we are not at all pleased with the manber in which they canceled our scheduled appointment with the designer! ** we even referred their designer sight unsern (reputation alone) to our neighbors for a landscape design to comply with offset requirements for their building a new seawall on the St. Lucie River.

After calling and scheduling an appointment for May 15, given, I did not have my credit card on hand at the time as I explained I just had surgery… And that i would Return the call later in the day with my information, however, due to unforeseen circumstances was not able to do so until two days later (may 6th and may 8th).

When I did call with my CC information, I was informed that the appointment had been canceled and that someone will call me next week to schedule an appointment with the landscape designer who’s now booking into June.

In the end, we are not happy with the way this was handled and will look elsewhere for another landscape designer, plantings, and needed installation beyond your average seasonals and perennials (trees, shrubbery, etc.).

Love love love this place! Beautiful plants and tons of knowledge! Susan, the owner, is awesome!! They sell amazing fertilizer too! Everything we have purchased is healthy and thriving. She landscaped my neighbor's yard-did the layout and chose all the plants - and it is a paradise!
What she may not have, she can order for you. Trust her. She always gets it right!

TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!! One of the worst companies I have dealt with in the Stuart/Palm City area in over 30 years. Had them come out to do a Landscape design months ago. Susan came out and was very friendly and drew up what was going to be an amazing landscape refresh for our home. They came recommended by one neighbor and not so highly by another. We went with the good recommendation and are sorely regretting it. Several months ago to we called to start the project. They gave us a date of January 6th because they were so backed up. No problem. Today I called them to confirm tomorrow's install after I had taken off work to be here. I asked if 1 planting of a hedge could be changed and was told by Janice that she would check and call me back. 2 hours later I get a call back that they canceled the whole job because I changed the order. This is absolutely not true! I exchanged several emails with Susan and I was told that we need to part ways and find another company. Save your money and go somewhere else that is more reputable!

From start to finish, really enjoyable experience. Everyone was very helpful and spoke at length with me about my options. Susan came out and did a plan for my entire yard, but we only completed part of it for now. The install was quick and everything looks so great. I’m thrilled with the way it turned out. Highly recommend using Palm City Palms for your landscaping needs.
