He never showed up and when I called afterward, he never even called me back.
Very unreliable and poor customer service.

We moved into an older home where the curb appeal was overgrown or had disappeared over the years. We needed a complete refresh with plants known to work in the area, climate, and shade that didn’t exist when the original plan was done. Zach was extremely knowledgeable about all things plant related, he listened to my requests for a showing of bromeliads, and he cleaned out the neglected landscaping. After the first project was completed, the second phase began with a complete replacement of drainage pipes that were 100% blocked, new plants (mixed in with ones we kept), and a new design!!! The house looks brand new/a complete makeover from the dark neglected landscape from before. I couldn’t be more pleased! Recommend highly!

When I contacted Living Water Landscape the owner Zach came to my home the same day and took the time to explain to me what needed to be done to save my palms from dying rather than listening to me asking him to trim them the way i wanted which would of killed them. His crew was professional and polite. I even had some flowers that I was planting sitting in pots on the beds where they were mulching. Rather than mulch around them his crew planted them for me. They take pride in there work and it shows. They went above and beyond all my expectations. I would highly recommend this company for all your landscaping projects and maintenance. They will be the company I will use for all my landscaping projects in the future.

After going through numerous landscape companies I have to say that I am extremely impressed with Zach and his team. As a business owner I take professionalism and owner operation seriously and he is an amazing leader with a great team. Wish I could leave more stars!

Called and spoke to owner Zach about getting qutoe for upcoming pool landscape project and as per his request I emailed him pictures of the landscape design I had and with a list of the plam trees I wanted. Never heard back from him. So I sent a follow up text to which he replied that he got the information and would be in touch. Weeks past and no response, so I called the office and the lady said she would let him know that I was still waiting for the quote. Yet again I got no response. So after a couple more weeks I text him again asking if he wanted to bid the job or not as my dig date was getting near and I needed to make a decision about which landscaping contractor I was going to use. And once again I got no response. This is very unprofessional behavior and poor business form. If you are to busy or just are not interested in doing the job, then you should just be honest and say so. Don't know how this company has so many good reviews when they can not even come through with a quote.

Zach is a great guy and runs a very professional service. They are always on time and his employees are courteous. All at a fair price. I would recommend Living Water Landscapes to anyone.
