These women were wonderful. They were scheduled to come between 10-11 am . When they didn’t arrive I called the company and they said I was scheduled for 1-2:30. This has to be changed since I need an am time slot.
The cleaning was great so no issues with that.

We had a different team and would prefer Kim and Ellie our usual team. The team today did a super job. One suggestion would be to dry the floors after washing. Several of them were very wet. I have extra old towels if they need them.

Today they arrived on time. They did a great job, everything was perfect when they left.

I needed a 1 time clean for my father’s home who passed away. (Now I’m looking to hire them monthly!) The team arrived promptly, and their professionalism was evident right from the start. They were not only punctual but also incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel confident in their abilities. They listened attentively to my specific requests and preferences, ensuring that every nook and cranny of my home received the care and attention it needed.

The Cleaning Authority team have been excellent to work with. Sandy at the office is always helpful and responsive if we need to change something. Our cleaning team are always polite, very conscientious and consistent.
The app to allow you to see when the team is arriving and leaving as well as upcoming cleanings is extremely useful. TCA have been so good that we’ve set up with them to clean our office location and for older family members who have mobility issues.
Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good service and peace of mind.

Absolutely wonderful team! I have pets and the home needed a deep clean. Team 7, Gaby and Kelly worked very thoroughly and did an excellent job. In addition there was another woman who came in periodically to help an ensure the quality of the cleaning. I highly recommend this company and this team!

The woman who came out to do the price estimate for our home was so helpful and informed, and she streamlined the process of setting up biweekly cleanings by showing us the app and answering all our questions. Since initial set up, we’ve had three cleanings and we have been extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Also it was so easy to set up payment thru the app and in general, the app makes it easy to do things such as reschedule a cleaning and see when our cleaning team is on the way. I definitely recommend the cleaning authority!

Sometimes we all need a little help to catch up with everyday chores. I remembered seeing The Cleaning Authority's unique rotational system a while back and decided to call on them for help in a tough time. They just left after their first cleaning, and the house looks great. What a relief and a massive item off my mental and physical to do list. I’m not thrilled about having a late Friday afternoon cleaning… but I have to say these ladies NEVER disappoint me! They are quick but efficient! My house looks so clean after they are done! Can’t recommend them highly enough!

I had DEEP DEEP cleaning done at my daughter's apartment as a surprise while she was out of the country. (She surprised me with just how dirty she let it get 🤮) Well Megan and Ciara of team 14 attacked that mess, no judgement just a good challenge and removed 3yesrs of grease, dirt and cat hair from every inch of the home! I will so be call this agency and this team in particular again for my other properties/ homes. Fairly priced, on time, hard working, all around AMAZING 🤩
