As usual, the cleaning Team 6 did a great job. They even gave me a tip for dealing with those pesky Pharaoh Ants that keep trying to invade my kitchen. Thank you Kim and Lisa.

I have had my house cleaned twice so far by the Cleaning Authority. The results are amazing. I’m impressed with how thorough they are. First cleaning they made my old kitchen sink sparkle and I had a very dirty plastic laundry shelf that they made look brand new. I didn’t even know it was on their list! Their attention to detail is wonderful. Today, team 3 (Kathy and JoMarie) rocked the cleaning process. I’m so happy. I highly recommend Cleaning Authority.

I love the clean authority. Sandy sales explained the process. Their communication is spot on. Their prices are reasonable. My girls do a terrific job This is my third clean. I was referred from a friend. I definitely highly recommend them.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for a while now and I am very happy with their services.
Team number 4 cleans my house.

We had our home cleaned today by The Cleaning Authority of Palm Harbor and, unfortunately, were left very disappointed. Despite hiring a professional service, several areas were noticeably neglected. There was dog hair remaining on the nightstand and office chair, as well as on the floor alongside leaves and other debris. The kitchen counter and dining table still had food particles, the stove top was untouched, and dirt was left behind on the slate floors.

I chose this company based on positive reviews, which makes the experience even more disheartening. I’m sharing this review to help others make a more informed decision and hopefully avoid a similar outcome.

Our regular team is very thorough and personable, and always do an amazing job! It was one of the best decisions we have made that helps our busy family to spend more time together. Kudos to Kim, Lisa and the TCA Management team!!

Two women spent a little over 90 minutes cleaning every nook and cranny of our house. It was sparkling clean when they were finished. They were on time, did great work and the app used by the company kept me informed throughout the process.

Yearly Update (2026): Still going strong with TCA! Due to job changes and other financial blips, we have taken a few months off in the past year only to restart again like there was no break. Sandy always takes great care of our account and stops and starts service as if it is her great pleasure to make sure we are taken cared of in any situation. Because of the ease of communication, and the professionalism handled through every detail, I can't see us changing services from this business model. We are costumers for however long we can be! They are like family at this point!!!

We have been using this service now for a couple years and are thoroughly impressed. They are extremely professional, do a great job considering the price and time spent, and we highly recommend them. The cleanings keep getting better and better. Communication is stellar and I can't imagine having anyone else clean our house.

From start to finish this company knows what they’re doing and I’m thankful to have found them. Scheduling was easy and they were extremely detailed. They have an VERY efficient system they follow so each area of your house gets deep cleaned on rotation while the other areas cleaned. It’s nice knowing what exactly is the focus each time and I appreciate a deep clean being intertwined into the general cleaning. It’s also nice having a list of what exactly they’re doing everytime they come. This is also a company I would trust in my home alone if we were ever to be away or on vacation.

It was my 1st time using The Cleaning Authority.

They have the best customer service, personalities, hard working employees.
