Isaiah was professional, courteous, punctual, and meticulous!! We are thrilled to have been referred to him!! We thought our carpets were a lost cause but he has reclaimed them!!

We could not have been any more satisfied with the job he did. We are having him back to do both shower stalls!!

I had my carpets stretch, cleaned and protected. Isaiah not only identified the type of carpet I had, he explained the properties of my carpet and hit it right on the nose without my giving him any info. BOOM! Trustworthy guy. He also explained the proper way to take care of my carpet to give it the longest possible life. The furniture was totally removed from all areas except the beds. He identified traffic patterns and showed me areas needing addressing. His assessment was spot on and he provided a fair estimate. The work: Talk about keeping his appointment. He was "fashionably" early which is not the norm and very welcomed. He worked hard, stayed focused and did an awesome job all the way around. I will definitely recommend his company ( and him) to anyone and everyone!! WOW...one of the most pleasant experiences with a home service I have had. Thank you very much. By the way, he teaches as he goes, I know so much more now!
