I worked with David to schedule much needed work for our home which included cleaning the vinyl fence, pool deck to include removing normal and tough rust stains, patio ceiling, pool patio and furniture, and driveway. The work was completed very well. David was responsive and provided me updates of the work along with before and after photos. The best pressure washing I've had since we moved in 7 years ago. He did our driveway, walkways, front stoop and our covered lanai. He also pressure washed our outdoor rug. This was a BIG plus because it was so dirty. He was on time and I liked the text system for appointment reminders and paying the invoice. Thank you!

1st time using Sunshine Aquawash & what a GREAT job cleaning our lrg deck & screen covering pool & deck.They were a mess after the hurricanes & tornados. Also he removed rust spots. We are VERY happy with this company. Also right on time, friendly & liked being scheduled so quickly. I have used other companies & some have been crappy. Glad to have our screened lanai & pool area looking so nice.

We had our lanai deep cleaned. They did an amazing job got all of the gunk out of the lanai. Also, the pavers looked amazing. I would definitely use them again. We are preparing my father’s condo for sale and needed to clean the driveway, walkway and patio. We found Sunshine AquaWash and liked the reviews. Wanting to support local we didn’t hesitate to book. So glad we did! They went above and beyond by even cleaning the garden bed edging, patio retaining wall blocks, around the air conditioner, and the city water meter cover (never knew it was blue!). Neighbours came out and saw the great job he was doing and four additional properties on our street booked him for work! 10/10 wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Outstanding! David was prompt, undercharged and over delivered! I contacted David to clean the exterior of my house to meet my HOA’s standard. Within 5 minutes of talking on the phone I had a quote for half of what I expected for the service to cost on a 2 floor home, and he was able to come the next day for the service. My house now looks good as new and he even washed my fences and patio furniture free of charge. High quality, prompt, and fair pricing for professional work is rare anymore. I will be calling David for any future professional washing needs period!

We inherited this pool company from the previous owner when we bought our house. We debated handling the pool ourselves but decided to keep them for a bit while we got settled — and we’re so glad we did! We ended up continuing service because they’ve been fantastic. Super friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very reliable.
Today we had an issue, emailed a few pictures, and he was at our house within an hour and already had it fixed. That kind of responsiveness is hard to find. Awesome service — highly recommend!
