Best roof and gutter cleaning company we have used. Super fast, very affordable and great service.

This business felt like it was being run by a bunch of frat guys for booze money. No thanks, my sister and her husband (whom I am leaving this review for) went with someone else after we contacted this company.

These guys are fair and reasonable. When a few vinyl panels broke, they worked quickly to find a replacement panel at no extra cost.

Jon was excellent to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable, great communication, and on time. Thank you Jon.

I hired Green Solutions to clean the gutters on my house last year. I wasn’t able to be home on the day they were scheduled to come, but they said that wouldn’t be a problem.

After they supposedly did the job, I received an invoice. I was still able to see sticks and leaves sticking out of my gutters, so I called to let them know the gutters don’t appear to have been cleaned. “Oh yeah we didn’t come out. We can reschedule” was the response I got. So why did I receive an invoice? They rescheduled and this time I took off work to wait at home and make sure they came. No one showed up.

The third time I attempted to get them to clean my gutters, after taking off a second day of work, someone did show up, claiming “no one told me about the last appointment you had made.” The gutters were eventually cleaned, but if I hadn’t been vigilant about holding them accountable, I would have been scammed.

Update: I was contacted by Jon, the owner, regarding this review. I do really appreciate that he took the time to address my concerns, explain the mishap, and try to make things right.

Jon has done a good job cleaning my roof twice. He understands how to clean it properly without damaging or reducing the lifespan of the roof and provides reasonable pricing for the service.

Great experience from start to finish. Very fair and transparent pricing, efficient scheduling, and stunning results - roof looks brand new, gutters cleaned, and also included roof inspection which highlighted some areas to address. We hired this company to remove moss and install gutter guards. The moss treatment had to be readdressed more than once. What was most frustrating is the gutter guard experience. Our roof has been ruined by the gutter guards. The water doesn’t go into the gutters it overflows everywhere which means it rotted our roof base and constantly poured onto our sidewalk. I contacted them to remove the gutter guards and was ignored. Our advice is to avoid doing business with this company at all cost.
