Three Seasons did a great job on our patio extension. It was completed in a timely manner and the crew cleaned up and made everything look perfect. Very pleased.

So a little backstory, I reached out to Three Seasons Outdoor Living and Landscape last year for an inquiry for our front yard. Never heard back after I posted the online inquiry but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt that it was a minor hiccup and decided to give it another try. Especially, since I can see the results of their work with my neighbors directly across the street from me. So fast forward to now, August 2025. I reached back out to Three Seasons and finally got a response from their Office Manager Jamie Lee Charles via email. Very prompt response and decided on a date/time for an onsite consult for August 13th at 1:30P. However, at the time of this review, I have yet to see any Rep from Three Seasons show up to my house (I work 100% remotely from home just for context). In addition, there have been no phone calls made, no emails or any other form of communication indicating there was a delay in the ETA - Simply put, this was a no call no show. I find it a bit ironic considering their “Contact Us” page states “We’re available for our customers when they need to reach us”. However, there is an alarming amount of reviews online that mirror my experience and same common denominator - poor communication. I would be glad to share/attach my email thread, phone log and/or home cameras footage just to prove that no one contacted or arrived for the consult. I mainly say all that to say, I don’t want there to be an excuse or rebuttal when I post this review stating that “we tried reaching out but you didn’t answer your phone, or we couldn’t find your address, or we rang the doorbell and you weren’t home”. This is just a blatant ball drop and missed opportunity. Not sure if this is an issue of my time not being valued or maybe Three Seasons are in way over their heads but this is an odd way to conduct business and build rapport with new clients. I think I will try my luck with a different landscaping company, I suggest everyone do the same.

I'm excited about my upcoming landscape project that 3 Season's nursery is going to do next month! I really appreciated the owner, Rich, personally coming over & just by surveying my property, he designed it all in his head! Can hardly wait to see the finished project!
Now it is mid September and in LESS THAN ONE DAY, the entire project is finished and OH MY GOSH, it excelled my wildest dreams, absolutely STUNNINGLY BEAUTIFUL, & only 3 super hard working guys did it all in less than a day, I am BLOWN AWAY!!

I really love my new backyard pavers and my front looks better already w/ my new irrigation system. I did have a problem with the extra $250 that was quoted to me after the job was completed for the extra pavers used. I was not informed until after everything was in place so had no choice in the matter

Fantastic Job!!
They did my front landscaping when I bought my home 4-years ago, ripping-out all of the existing terrible stuff and re-imagining a whole new look.
They just added landscaping to my rear yard, which was nothing but a swatch of (boring) grass....... it came out amazing!
The Owner, Rich, is a knowledgable Landscape Designer, and their 6-man Crew (led by Foreman Jose) did a perfect job following Rich's design. They were fast and efficient, and left my property completely clean before leaving.

We would like to thank Rich and Charity for the great job they did with our landscaping. Rich's creative ideas scared me at first because he suggested pulling away all shrubs from the pool cage. Yikes! Now, I know how right he was! HIs plan has opened up everything, made everything seem crisper, cleaner and the entire space seems bigger. Love it!! I talked to Charity at least a million times and she was alway just delightful and helpful! I can safely say I would highly recommend them!

Bought plants at their nursery, now finished an outdoor patio with them. Very pleased and glad we went with Three Seasons. We quoted 4 total landscaping companies for this project. Three Seasons was right on par with the others for cost and we decided to pick them because we've shopped there before and dealt with their nice folks. The installers had great personalities when installing and did a high quality job, and we enjoyed every interaction with the in rest of the team during the process. We highly recommend them and will definitely tell our neighbors who completed our project.

Three Seasons Landscapes provided a great design and the installation crew was exceptional. Very satisfied with the end result.

We had our lawn re-done with St. Augustine grass , curbing, and they also re-did our flower beds from mulch to rock, and put all new plants and beautiful fox tail palms. We are very happy with the finished results. The workers were great and Rich and the office workers are all on task! Would definitely do work with them again and highly recommend them!

Rich is very honest and professional. He gave my wife and I a few options to redo all of our landscaping, new Saint Augustine grass and curbing. His price was very fair and reasonable and even after my wife made a request after job was half done he accommodated us and changed the order half way through the job without complaint or hesitation. We highly recommend this company

Albeit the housing and commercial building industry is thriving causing some delays with the manufacturers product however all good signs of a thriving economy for homeowners and businesses! Nevertheless, we are thrilled to be working with Rich and Charity on our landscaping projects! Their vision and creations are all but quality five star hotel designs! Three Seasons Landscaping are true professionals with top notch experience, intricate design detail and super customer service! Thanks so much Rich for taking on our project and future ones as well! I adore this company and everyone that works there!! They host a holiday photo op for you and your family to come and take beautiful holiday photos and all they ask is for a $15 donation which part of the proceeds I believe go to a guide dog foundation. All of the people we came across we so friendly and welcoming and the grounds were beautiful. Their nursery has some of the most beautiful plants and water features. I highly recommend this place not only for their holiday scenery but also for your landscaping and outdoor space needs.

We own a business in town RipCurrent pressure washing & Paver solutions… we had a very large back yard resort renovation and the homeowners wanted to re install turf. I was in a serious time crunch and Rich was incredible to work with. Not only did he drop everything to help out another small business , but his crews where polite and knowledgeable.

Three Seasons exceeded our expectations from the initial visit for estimate. Rich included our land survey in his vision and plan for our from yard. Job was completed while I was sleeping. They even moved a tree ti “ wherever” we wanted it. I love the design and the concrete curbing feature. We visited to office too. The customer service is outstanding and I LOVE that Rich keeps the wild hogs at bay with feed!

I can not say enough good things about this company ! From the moment I called to inquire about having my landscaping redone I was so impressed with how professional everyone was. Rich came out to give me an estimate. Then the day the job was scheduled the crew worked all day on my yard and it turned out beautiful! They needed to come back to finish a few things the next day and once the job was finished there was nothing out of place! I highly recommend using this company for all your landscaping needs !
