Horrible Experience. They came in and replaced our old AC system. After their new AC unit was in place my living room reached 81 degrees. Called them and after several visits, they told me that the reason the first floor was getting that hot was because of the way the house was designed. Why didn't the say that to begin with? before they installed their new AC unit? I am a very discontent customer and will be taking my business elsewhere after two years of dealing with a very hot living room after paying 4k!

I think they subcontract horrible technicians. They came home with a different name on the truck, charged me $450 for refrigerant that didn’t solve the cooling issue with my AC and when I reached out again so they could fix the issue, they were unresponsive. I do not recommend this company.

I had this company come to my house on July 19th to fix my AC. I paid $350, but the AC only worked for one day. I travel for work, so when I came back on Friday, I called them, and they sent someone else the next day. They wanted to charge me another $450. I told them I needed an invoice for the service already done and wanted to wait to see if it was actually going to work. It didn’t.
