Extremely responsive and timely. Service was excellent and fair price. We have used them for multiple services and have proven honest and very reliable. Highly recommended.

I had 2 bathroom sinks and 1 bathtub drain that was slow draining and toilet that was running water.
They gave me 2 options and I took the simpler one. They were on time at 8am and finished job by 915. Put everthing back the way it was.

Very prompt service and installation was good. All prices were disclosed up front so there were no surprises, although I did think the price was high for kitchen sink and faucet installation. They did have to trim out the opening a bit so it wasn't a simple drop in, but it turns out my garbage disposal wouldn't fit my new sink, so one step forward two steps back for my project...now there is no disposal. I wish that I'd have been made aware of that BEFORE the new sink was dropped in. Everything was cleaned up nicely after they finished. Photos are taken and included with invoice to document job progress and completion. Overall good experience.

Joe came out to fix a fill valve and flapper issue. He was professional, efficient, and thorough, he even checked our water meter, which was running because of the problem. The repair took about 15–20 minutes. Both Joe and his apprentice wore shoe covers (always appreciated), and his apprentice was great too. Highly recommend Kunes!

Joseph and his coworker did a great job quickly assessing and explaining the plumbing issues and options we discussed.. They even came up with a temporary solution to prevent our toilet leak until we have them install a new toilet. They offered a bundle option on some work to prevent redundancy and lower the price.

Pretty good except for the trainee not finishing a job and leaving a leak. I am very impressed with this firm. I received a call this morning saying I was getting a 50% refund because the job was not as complicated as they had originally thought. This is an honest and trust worthy firm and I would recommend them for any plumbing problem.

Company was responsive, a plumber was at our home three hours after we requested help. Joe was knowledgeable and helpful. He had to cut through a wall to diagnose the problem. The whole time he explained what he was doing and why. Good experience for a bad problem.

Kunes Plumbing came recommended by someone who's worked at my home several times over the years. I called them for an issue with one of my bathrooms and was immediately called back and a (non-emergency) visit scheduled within less than 48 hrs. On the day of my appointment, I received a text from Rylee at Kunes notifying me that Joseph (Joe) Santovenia was en route. Joe and Chris arrived on time, checked the issue, and then got to work right away. Joe answered all of my questions, gave me a lot of information and both he and Chris were very nice and helpful. The work was completed quickly and my invoice, along with details and photos, was ready.
Plumbing issues, especially in older homes, can be a big cause for anxiety, but it's comforting to know that there's a company, like Kunes Plumbing LLC, that I can trust if I have any issues in the future.
