Frank assessed the issue immediately, cut through the roof downstairs to access the shower drain from the upstairs bathroom, completely replaced the eroded drain system, and cleaned up everything when he was done. He was extremely nice and professional and I will only go to tip-top plumbing for now on. Extremely happy with the service.

JOSE IS DA' MAN!!! Professional, helpful, and kind. A day prior to my appt I had a pipe brake. He took a short notice appointment and didn't make me feel stupid when I had no idea what he was talking about. He explained all options. He MUST return for my originally scheduled toilet installation. Good customer isn't dead yet.

My outdoor faucet was leaking and they came out and gave a honest assessment and quality repair. They were very professional, polite, and available quickly to do the job. I will definitely choose them over the other plumbing companies.

Called Tip Top Plumbing this morning and Frank arrived on time as scheduled. He solved a problem that we have been dealing with for three years with another company. He took his time to explain the issue, spent nearly two hours diagnosing the situation at a very competitive rate. I would highly recommend Frank and Jose for any of your plumbing problems.

I’m shocked to see good reviews. I recently had a back up which they were quick to show up for but charged me almost $800 to remove my toilet to “attempt” to clear with electric snake, do a video inspection and to put the toilet back on… I’ve unfortunately had this problem before but this was double the price than what I’ve previously paid Roto Rooter for many times to do the same job, in the middle of the night. That was warning sign number 1. Never the less, Tip Top Plumbing didn’t fix anything and said my ONLY option was for them to come back to rip up my floors and excavate 3 feet down to where my pipes are, which they quoted me over $12k to do. How could that be my ONLY option? So I reached out to a friend’s referral, this guy Dom at Superior Drain Cleaning as a second opinion. He was able to FIX my problem for only $1,500 WITH a warranty Tip Top Plumbing wasn’t willing to give me. I’ve never taken the time to write a bad review but couldn’t think of a worse company I’ve ever worked with. I am beyond disgusted with the way they treated me and so glad I went with my gut when I felt they were trying to take advantage of me and mistreating me, unethically as a customer who is not a pro in this department. After the third follow up call I received to try and schedule the $12k job they quoted me, I expressed my disappointment which Arny didn’t care about and just hung up. This is your warning to stay away. They are a dishonest company with zero core values taken into consideration for their customers. They care about one thing, taking your money. More than what they should.

Extremely professional and reasonable will not use other plumbing service.

I can’t recommend Tip Top Plumbing & Restoration highly enough. I had a pipe leak that caused mold in my house. Because it was old “gray plastic” plumbing, I had to get my whole house repiped. Jose came in with a whole crew and they were able to handle the job in a day! Incredible! Then, they took care of the mold and we handled the rest through the insurance. Tip Top was a pleasure doing business with. It feels great to have someone at your side on hard times.

I had an emergency on a Sunday. From the moment I called their office everyone was attentive and cared about the issue.
