Quick and easy visit. Rich was great with communicating expected time of arrival and while onsite, he helped diagnose the leak issue and was very thorough in explaining what options we have to fix the issue. We’ll be moving forward with the actual repair in a few days.

Daniel is the plumber who came out for our Legacy gym located in pines, and we’d been dealing with clog issues that kept coming and going. He was able to quickly find the root of the problem and fix it right away. His attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. Definitely a 10/10 experience.

Tommy came out to repair the main shut off in my apartment that had caused a huge mess both inside the apartment and hallway. In no time, he replaced the faulty valve and pipe. He was professional, personable, and meticulous. The quality and craftsmanship of a skilled union craft is the way to go.

Jordan and Tommy were the technicians who came out, and they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Paramount was amazing from my initial call through the entire process. Dispatch had someone to my home within 45 minutes. Tommy was our plumber and did a great job in terms of explaining what he was going to do, how he was going to do it, and documented plus explained the issue. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. In addition, Tommy made sure everything was clean and discarded upon leaving.
