I called Tip Top Plumbing and Restoration when my garden hose bib handle broke & another one was leaking. The technician was professional, polite, and very patient as he explained the issue and walked me through the repair process. I appreciated how reliable and courteous Jose was, and he left the job site clean and on time. In a short span I went from a stressful situation to a resolved problem, and I will definitely call them for any future plumbing services.

Jordan did an excellent job unclogging our toilet drain line, which was blocked with wipes. He was very professional, worked cleanly, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend his service — efficient, respectful, and knowledgeable!

Paul , Jordon and Jose arrived right on time and put out an outdoor door mat and put on shoe covers when they came in. . We continue to be extremely impressed with the care Paramount Plumbing takes with our home - This is the 2nd time they have provided service to our recently purchased home, this time doing maintenance to a tankless hot water heater and a water line filter system.

Paul also helped us understand operations of the water heater and things we should be doing/ watching for. Last time he was here he helped us understand all the outdoor valves and what closed off what. This time the team tagged and marked them all. Paul is very knowledgeable and thorough and took time to coach Jason and Jose my in some points, imparting his knowledge to them. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and Paramount plumbing. We will be scheduling a follow up item with Paul. He is amazing - top shelf!!! Paul also called me the next day to make sure everything was operating with no issues!

Daniel was incredible to say the least! He came in on an extremely busy day for us, which we understand could be difficult for some but he truly went above and beyond to show up. Great service and extremely friendly, highly recommend!

Technician Rich did an excellent job! My toilet was completely clogged, and he fixed everything quickly, professionally, and without making a mess. He was very attentive in explaining what caused the problem and how to avoid it in the future. Great-quality service — I highly recommend Rich!

Paramount Plumbing is very responsive and reliable. We’ve had to contact them last minute several times and they always come through. Richie is knowledgeable and finds creative solutions to all plumbing problems. Really great team so work with!

Jacob, the plumber who came out, did an excellent job fixing the shower pipe. He worked hard, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. I have no complaints about his work — he earned every bit of his pay and should receive a raise. He's a great guy.

However, my experience with the company itself was less positive. The pricing is unclear and I got the sense they were trying to upcharge me once the work started and again after it was done. I had to push back to get a price which better aligned with our agreement, and that part of the interaction was the only part that left me frustrated. Their hourly rate is $250, which is on the high end, so transparency matters.

In short: great technician, questionable business practices. If you use them, make sure to clarify all pricing details before any work begins. I should have.

Both bathrooms at our IHOP were completely clogged, and Rich from Paramount Plumbing truly saved the day! He arrived for an emergency same-day call, explained everything clearly, and even showed videos of the problem so we understood exactly what was going on. He fixed everything fast and was super professional. Amazing service — highly recommend Rich for any plumbing emergency!
