Ryan arrived a little late, but I was contacted ahead of time and given a choice to let him come or reschedule. He came, he unstood the problem right away and fixed it. Could not have asked for a nicer, more competent service provider.

We had a back up and immediately called our plumber, who said the earliest would be 2 days later. We called Roto-Rooter. They came out within the hour and did a great job clearing the clog and explained in detail what caused the back up. Ryan kept us aware of findings and was thorough in completing the job. Ryan took extra care to keep everything clean, wore gloves and booties the entire time. I was impressed with Roto-Rooter’s performance and quick response. Thomas came to assist as well and was exceptional also.

Regis was the tech that came and identified the problem.

My technician arrived within an hour of my call. Ryan was very good at his job, professional and clean. Costs were discussed upfront and final charges were exactly as expected.

Tech Ryan Robinson was very attentive, focused, and very professional. He resolved my blockage issue. He even cleaned up my toilet and bath tub after he finished. He let me know about the drain line lining service offered to repair my old cast pipes. Great service. He did a fantastic job give him a raise.

It was not an easy task as she discovered that there was a large dead iguana stuck in the system. Unbelievable! Alisa was relentless in her efforts to complete the work. Nile from Roto Rooter was so professional, prompt, upfront and honest about everything, it was such a refreshing change after dealing with countless plumbing charlatans in the past. He explained everything in easy-to-understand detail, showed me the damage firsthand, and was proactive enough to go out on his own to get the needed parts and complete the job in the same day and for a lot less money than I expected to be charged. Another thing that really stood out was he took such pride in his work, his profession, and his company…again, so refreshing and something you rarely see in today’s world. Great first experience with Roto-Rooter today. Appointment availability was same day, though we didn’t need it urgently. Keith from the East Palo Alto, CA location arrived early, was very professional and friendly, thorough with our tricky plumbing problem and more than fair re: pricing. Upfront about what everything would cost and kept me updated throughout his visit. Would highly recommend!

I want to thank Roto Rooter for quickly coming to my home when I had an emergency with backed up plumbing. James and Nico were on to diagnosing and fixing the backup in no time at all. It was a lot of work for the both of them but it came in at the estimate. Another technician named Rob arrived and worked on the backed up pipe and he also used a camera to find out more about the blockage in the pipe.
Another technician names Syd arrived and gave me an estimate on repair work that might be needed.
In general, I am a very satisfied customer of Roto Rooter.

Two year old flushed a metal toy car down the toilet and backed up all the upstairs bathrooms in the house--the sewer line got totally blocked. Roto-Rooter plumber Ryan managed to expertly get it out with great skill, awesome tools and deep experience. Very satisfied!

ok, for unclogging a simple drain if the problem requires cameras or specialized analysis they bully you into commiting to the repair without a clear estimate or diagnosis. Recently we had a clog, they run a snake didn't resolve the issue and charged us 350 anyway. days after they send a technician trying to get us into a 4000-6500 repair without a clear diagnostic. Once we asked them for an estimate to compare they went away and never send the estimate.

So glad I called Roto-rooter, they sent an experienced plumber out within an hour! Had a fantastic experience with Alissa. She was profession and kind! Solved the problem efficiently and was on her way.
