Constraction reviews in Pinellas Park, Florida

Highly recommend Skillful Solutions! They were awesome to work with – great communication from start to finish and reasonably priced. They were also really considerate of our dog and our neighbors’ dogs, which we really appreciated. The team worked quickly, and the fence looks great!

Highly recommend! Got to me very fast for an estimate. His price was very fair. And the quality of the work was fantastic. He got to me within 2 weeks and built one of the best fences I've ever seen. Safe to say this fence should last a very long time. And he was very professional. And will be using them again.

We just had our privacy fence replaced, and we are very pleased with the finished project. Skillful Solutions LLC (Morgan Powell) did an exceptional job. The work was done in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend them.

Great work from this company and true to their word. Had the majority of my fence trashed by hurricane Milton. I contacted multiple companies and they said they would come out and give me an estimate....they never showed up. Contacted Skillful, Morgan gave me a price and a timeline. They stuck to it and built me a superior fence to what I could have bought by going out and buying fence panels from a big box store. Definitely recommend this company for fence work.

What a pleasure to work with these guys from the beginning of the project until the end. Morgan kept me informed as our start date moved to begin the project which is completely understandable. Once they showed up the job went quickly, very professional with a tremendous skill level. They have earned all my future fencing business and highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

In and out in 3 days Awesome job guys Everybody's happy Springwood Villas Thanks you

Skillful Solutions did an AMAZING JOB on our fence, it was done in one day!! They needed to replace posts, both sides of the Gate, and fencing sections!! I have used Skillful Solutions twice now to replace and repair a previous Fencing Company that originally installed prior to moving into our home!! Will use them again!! Thank you for a AWESOME repair job!

Put my backyard wood fence in in 2 days. Looks great and fair price. Thanks for the great work.

Morgan showed up on time for the estimate & the job itself. Crew is very respectful & left nothing to be cleaned up. I will definitely hire them again.

Morgan and his team did a fantastic job installing a new white vinyl fence around our home! His team was punctual and efficient. They were able to work around several obstacles that were a concern for us, and made several changes at our request to ensure satisfaction! I would recommend Skillful Solutions to anyone looking for a beautiful new fence!

This company is top notch. I am very leary about giving a deposits to any company. Not only did I give a deposit of 50%. I gave him a cash deposit and did not get a receipt. Everything this company said they would do was done. I was so confident with there honesty that I paid them in full before the job was completed. There prices are very reasonable and the work done was outstanding. Thanks Morgan.

I would highly recommend Morgan. I found him to be very professional , very proactive and had great communication throughout the whole process. His craftsmanship on my fence was outstanding. His pricing was very reasonable as well.

Fence repair is great. Definitely using services in the future

Fantastic experience. Morgan from Skillful Solutions came to home, gave me a VERY reasonable estimate to fix my fence panel, and did the job all within a few hours. Highly recommend him!

Skillful solutions created an absolutely stunning mailbox and address combination. Not only as the craftsmanship top notch but the install was Conducted in a professional and seamless manner. I’ve also asked them to bid my Fencing, which I’m sure I will select them because of the stellar service that I’ve already received.

I am more than thrilled about the fabricated wood fence Skillful Solutions put up!!! Thank you so much for your professionalism and amazing work!!! Highly recommend!!!

Very happy with my experience with Skillfull Solutions. They quoted me same day and started work the next day. Morgan and his crew did a great job on replacing my fence. They do Quality work in a timely manner. Thanks again !!!!!

Morgan is absolutely best guy for the job. Milton destroyed 2 areas of fence. Skillful solutions was only company who showed up when they said they would. Completed the work as promised. Fence looks fantastic. I couldn't be happier. Side note..Morgan worked through the rain and one of the coldest days in Florida to keep the timeline he promised. Highly recommend.

My in laws and their neighbors recommended them to us & I’m so glad they did! Morgan and his guys showed up right on time, were so nice & did such an amazing job! Their prices were fair & I love that they actually built the fence themselves & it was quick too! Our fence looks so good! They even fixed our gate because it was damaged during the hurricane! Such good guys! We are so happy & thankful to be able to let our pups out again without worrying about them getting out! I would highly recommend them! Again, thank you guys so much!

Everything turned out so nice. Morgan and crew made a beautiful shadowbox fence on my corner lot. He said it wasn't his specialty but made it work great, we're very happy. It's beefy, with nothing cheap feeling about it in any way. Now if the storms will just give us a break, it'll last for many years.

These guys did an incredible job replacing our fence after Hurricane Milton. Morgan was very communicative throughout the entire process from quote to completion which was only about 3 weeks total. We were pleasantly surprised they stayed until almost sundown the day before Thanksgiving making sure everything was perfect from post to panel. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of their work and highly recommend them.
