Landcrafters has done outstanding work for us for years. Doug always goes above and beyond to ensure we are happy with their work and address/provide services as requested. Landcrafters is always reliable. They provide their services on a regular basis and can always be counted on. I will not deal with companies that do not have great customer service support and you can always count on Doug at Landcrafters. Highly recommend this company.

I have been extremely pleased with the help I have received from Jessica and Adam of the gardening crew. We have had to rebuild the yard after Idalia. Believe me, it's taken patience!!! They are always positive, respectful and willing to do whatever I ask. Truly a pleasure to work with.
I have had trouble with the maintenance crew for a long time. There have been many changes. I am happy to report that with EJ onboard I no longer have concerns. He is positive, eager to please, very hard working and takes the initiative to do things I have wanted done for years. He is respectful and a pleasure to work with.

I feel grateful to have discovered this wonderful company. Their passion for lawn care is contagious, as is their overall sense of teamwork and dedication to clients. From the creative landscaping design of Brent to the detailed care of our primary gardener, Elizabeth, we know that we’re in expert hands. Even our irrigation system has been working more efficiently since it was updated by their specialist, Bill. We’ve worked together with Landcrafters to create a budget-friendly plan — one that has consistently taken into our account our specific needs, requests and concerns. A communication hub and client portal, organized through Cheryl, has kept everyone working toward similar goals. It’s a great sign, too, that company leader, Michael, regularly posts articles on a blog site, sharing new lawn care developments, along with tried and trusted landscape advice and seasonal tips. Overall, it truly feels like you’re part of a family endeavor here, and while I’ve heard it said that “the earth laughs in flowers,” from my experience, the Landcrafters’ team brings that joyful spirit to your lawn with every visit.

It’s been extremely difficult to find good contractors to help me complete various restoration jobs on my 100-year-old St. Petersburg home. But, I sure got lucky when I found Landcrafters Landscaping to overhaul my front yard and build curb appeal. They fit the build of what it means to be a good contractor: on-time, good communications, excellent work ethic and attention to every detail! My landscape design manager is named Brent. He’s both knowledgeable of Florida flora and a master at putting together a beautiful design—and does it all with an awesome personality and attention to detail. Dave installed our irrigation and was terrific and obviously takes pride in his job. Matt headed up an amazing crew of guys who worked super hard at laying in new sod and masterfully shaping it all around my walkways. I don’t believe I could have found a better company to work with nor do I believe there’s a company in Florida who had a better group of employees. I don’t usually leave reviews. But, Landcrafters Landscaping deserved recognition for their excellence. I look forward to working with them in the future as they keep their work of art a work of art. Thank you, Landcrafters!

Landcrafters did a very good job describing their services which could meet our landscaping requirements, their crew was efficient and professional, and their work, both in terms of design and maintenance, is top notch. One suggestion to improve their customer experience is to internally decide on an accurate date for services and communicate this to customers. Frankly I had no foggy idea when they were to show up, which because of a bucket truck to prune palm trees, required a notice to employees to vacate parking lot spaces and coordination with other property contractors. I provided this feedback to them, and they seemed appreciative and responsive.

The Landcrafters team has serviced our property, The Godfrey Hotel & Cabanas, for several years and we couldn't be happier. Al and his team have kept my lawn looking fantastic. Another company I used would mow the grass too low no matter how many times I requested otherwise. Al and I had an open conversation, he took my requests seriously and made suggestions, and the work has been consistent and top-notch.

We hired Landcrafters this year for our Condominium. We have over 2 acres of green space. Our previous lawn care company was strictly a mow and go operation, and trust me our lawn looked like it. Five months in now with Landcrafters our lawn has 100% improved. Our irrigation system has all been upgraded and now attention to the smaller details are be addressed. We are a community of 32 homes in Safety Harbor and in 2021 we started our landscaping services with Landcrafters after losing our landscaping company of 17 years during the pandemic. We couldn't be happier we chose Landcrafters, the overall service is excellent. All the way from the Mowing, Detail and Irrigation team where everyone is very accommodating and friendly to the Management team where everyone is very responsive and professional. Kaylie our a Account Manager is always making sure our expectations are being met and staying on top of what's happening on site. Our grass looks better than ever! Thank you so much! Wow!! If you want outstanding, courteous service with your landscaping, contact Landcrsfters and ask for EJ and Roberto. I was trying to dig out a dead bird-of-paradise plant that did not survive Helene. EJ came over to me, and asked if he could dig it out. He and Roberto completed the task in less than 10 minutes. They were both very kind, respectful, and courteous. Today I asked them to take away some other dead debris from the storm and they immediately were right on it. They are kind, personable, and thorough in their work ethic. I'm very impressed with the service of these two men. I would highly recommend Landcrafters for your landscaping needs.☺️

These guys took our backyard ideas and made them a reality! We wanted a tropical key west hangout and they did an amazing job. They were on time, clear about pricing and responsive to every question along the way! Turned our backyard into paradise right before summer time!

I have used Landcrafters at two properties for landscape installation and maintenance. On property, Josie is such a hard worker and very conscientious, in opinion, a real VIP at Landcrafters. Liz is terrific and an expert in the field.

Recently I had their irrigation department diagnosis and resolve an issue I was having with a leak and watering. Mitch and Tom were PHENOMENAL. I can't say enough about everyone on the Landcrafters team, thank you and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Landcrafters is a very reputable company. They have a great team and are very professional. I have used tgem for years doing monthly cleanup and fertilizer and irrigation monitoring. When the Hurricane hit they immediately took care of two foot of sand and are now replacing the shrubs and ground cover. It is starting to look amazing. I highly recommend them.

Do NOT hire this company. I would give them zero stars if that was an option. They are terrible and highly overpriced. Their account managers have no idea what’s going on, you have to constantly micromanage their services because they will try to tell you a service has been performed when it has not, their mowing team does horrible work, very sloppy, skips steps such a weeding around the parameters of your property and you have to constantly call their office to see when they are coming by as the communication is horrible. We had to fire this company and will never recommend them to anyone. Don’t waste your time and effort.
