Yet another great experience today on April 14th 2026. Had a lizard Crawl into the electronic control board of our primary compressor unit and unfortunately it did not have a good time. Now as a result we are not having a good time. Had our technician Jose Marrero come out and assess the situation and was very quickly able to figure out what the problem was. The repair seems like a fair price for the outcome and have been very impressed at the level of service care and respect that we've received from this company time and time again. It's why we ultimately decided to sign up for a service plan.

Jose was fantastic. My husband is deployed and a major issue arose with our a/c units causing damage. Jose made sure to take photos and videos of everything he looked at. He walked me through what he was checking, why he was checking it, the purpose of it, and everything he found.
