I had called the office to find out how far in the list? I was that was at thank you so much.9:36 i was informed. The man will call me right back. And that was sean mccabe, he called back at 10:16 he said you would be there in thirty minutes.I waited till 12:00 before I call the office again. The dispatch office said he will call me right back. Needless to say, he never called me back. My appointment was between 10 and 2 he finally came here at 4:20 said after he spoke to me, his computer refreshed and put me at the bottom of the list. He called the office the office told him. Don't worry, she'll get over no, I'm not over it. I told him when he came to the door I do not need his service. Do I ever want his service since the company is very disrespectful and doesn't give anybody the respect of giving them a call to let them know what happened. And just keep us just hanging. I feel as though that I don't need their business at all. If they don't have any consideration for people

The two technicians worked diligently for over 9 hours. The reason I am not giving a five is that they were not consistent in wearing shoe covers when entering our home (with wood floors) and they need to keep the customer (us) apprised of their progress. We were led to believe (from the salesman) that the job would take only 6 hours. They were both friendly, professional, and considerate (other than the shoe covers). If I could have given a 4 and 1/2 I would have.

My AC was not working. I called and they came out within a few hours. My technician LaReik Briggs was friendly and extremely professional. He knew exactly what the issue was. The problem was solved in a short period of time. Excellent service and also very affordable. A+++ . I would totally recommend this service to others.
