Shawn is an absolute rockstar!
Had a head scratcher of an issue where the builder (80’s) just made stuff up. We couldn’t figure out where the issue was, but Shawn had some ideas. Started working through them. Got power back. Updated the wiring. Just a great human and electrician. Will most definitely give him a call in the future for any and all electrical needs.

Jose Marrero was great! He explained the entire process and what the issue was with my air conditioner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and looked out for any discounts he could offer!

Damein and Colin were very professional. They explained everything that needed to be fixed and/or replaced.

During my maintenance checks, the A/C guys Chris and Ryan did a wonderful job checking over the system and providing me with an estimate for some minor work. They went ahead with the work and were done quickly. Brandon did a great job with my plumbing maintenance. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Anelson did my electric and he was super friendly and worked until late to put in a surge protector for my A/C. Overall I’m very happy with the work done.

Five stars. Was having some issues with an electrical contact in my AC unit that I couldn’t obtain myself and Veteran Air had someone out to me in less than an hour after calling. Michael Barber was my tech. He was extremely professional and straight forward while having a friendly and welcoming attitude. Super knowledgeable and considerate, not only did he give me a full walkthrough of my system he also pulled the contact and showed me where it was burning up and pitting from age. As a property maintenance engineer myself I’ll be sure to recommend Veteran Air to all of my tenants for their AC, plumbing, and electrical needs.
