I’m more than happy with the repair. I booked online after 10pm for a next day appointment. I got a text message confirming the time that he would be coming, and a call when he was on the way. Mark was professional and honest. I really appreciate that he was very thorough and open to discuss all the possible problems. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Anytime I call, I speak with a person. If you leave a message someone calls you back. You are notified when they are on the way. Mark was here on time and worked without stopping until the problem was solved! You can pay with credit card which I preferred. They are friendly , efficient and reasonable. They come when you call. I give them an excellent!

After interviewing eight other AC companies in the area. I chose Ryan of Really Professional Cooling to install a 2 ton Compressor and air handling unit.
I live in a condo and he brought two of his best workers they were in and out within four hours... absolutely top-notch!
They showed up on time. Started working immediately... and cleaned up after themselves...
Ryan the owner is very down to earth, easy to talk to and no BS kinda guy.

My AC system died suddenly two weeks after flooding from Hurricane Helene. Ryan sent Mark out immediately to diagnose the situation. I quickly received quotes for three different options. After discussing with Ryan and making a decision on a new system, the new Gree Flexx was installed the very next day. The three-man installation crew (Tim, Steven and Carlton) was excellent. They showed up on time, explained everything thoroughly, left the work area spotless, and even walked me through the setup of the new thermostat. They ensured that the new system was working and cooling perfectly prior to leaving. Very impressed with communication and updates throughout the process. Honest company with excellent pricing! Incredible experience having my ductwork replaced. Ryan and his team were the ultimate professionals, cleaned up their mess behind them, clearly communicated goals and objectives and did everything they could to keep my cost as low as possible. I cannot say enough good about this company and I would absolutely hire them again and again and again to help with my air-conditioning needs or to replace my ductwork or to install add-on to your air-conditioning system to purify the air or any other Sutch service that they offer I would absolutely hire them to do it.

RPC did a great job on our routine maintenance at my house AND at my office. Mark arrived on time, fixed a hardware issue, did a thorough a/c clean and system check, and was very knowledgeable. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

RPC's knowledgeable and friendly crew arrived on-time, and we thoroughly discussed the work scope for which they immediately set to work removing all of the existing ductwork and supply drops and replaced the entire HVAC system with new completely fabricated on-site components all in one day! I'd highly recommend RPC for any heating & cooling needs you may have!

Recently had our heat go out during one the coldest nights of the year. We called Really Professional Cooling to make an appointment to check it out. They not only showed up a day early (Thank you for that!) but they also informed us that some of the repair was under warranty. I would have never known. Excellent company with outstanding service! Mark was an unbelievable technician, he went through everything making sure all the components, switches, wiring everything was hooked up correctly and found several errors which he fixed. The heat now works perfectly and we have no more problems. And unfortunately we had to have all this service performed over the weekend which made the service call cost more than the norm. I would highly recommend this for their honesty and integrity and the cost effectiveness.

We had a great experience with Really Professional Cooling Services. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly. They were very responsive and scheduled service within a day. Chris went over our options and we decided to replace the system. They were able to do that within 2 days. The installer was courteous, clean and efficient. He even noticed and fixed a dent in our exposed ductwork. I highly recommend RPC!
