Just had a replacement whole house water softener installed. Regi & Albert, both obviously well trained, were quick and did an excellent job. Some confusion, on my part, about the system being installed, but, I contacted their office, and, the office staff was able to answer all of my questions. They made me even more comfortable I was getting an excellent system.

We lost water pressure in our house and we’re not sure what was happening So we called comfort, plumbing, and Billy came out same day to look at it. He was very helpful and explained that it was our water softener had gone bad and it was time to replace it. He went into detail, explaining what we needed to do and was able to get us an order for the next morning to get a new water softener. Reggie and Arnold were the technicians that came out the next morning took out our old water softener, put in the new and was very helpful to Answer any questions We had all three of these young men were very friendly and courteous They all did a great job and I give all three of them a five star thank you so much for taking care of our issue as quickly and promptly as you did
