I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company! They went absolutely above and beyond for my family today. They rerouted all the pipes in our entire house in one day without even stopping to eat just so my family would have water. Professional, fast, friendly, and incredibly dedicated. I wouldn’t call anyone else for plumbing!

Regi did a good job helping me change my water filter. He come on time and worked efficiently on the job.

We took advantage of the free inspection offer from Comfort Plumbing and Drains, and it was honestly the best decision we made! Regi was professional, friendly, and efficient. He fixed the drain we don’t even use by replacing the rubber ring in just seconds — and didn’t charge us a thing! He also inspected the entire house and confirmed we had no leaks. It’s rare to find someone so honest and helpful these days. I highly recommend asking for Regi if you need any plumbing work done!

Concerned we had a leak after an abnormally large increase in our water bill. Regi came to the house quickly on a Saturday, did a thorough inspection, and gave us peace of mind. No leak! Great service and professionalism from Regi. Guess the wife just has to take shorter showers 😆

My kitchen sink was clogged. I've tried many way to unclog it myself. Unfortunately to no success, so I called "Comfort Plumbing & Drains. Mr Regi came on schedule. On the spot he provides me a reasonable quote and immediately do the work after we agreed on the price. Unfortunately the issue was way bigger than we expected while doing the cleaning and it not just a normal clogged. Full disclosure, my 20 years old home drainage was never service before.

So he review the additional work requires to me order to fix the issue and explained to me in details why the additional works is needed. So I ended up approved the new quote for the work to be perform the next day. To be honest, I was a bit of hesitated at first thinking as it should be a quick and easy job right?

To my surprised, when the day come. He bring his partner and bigger Team and all the equipment to my home and get the job done as he promised on the same day. Glad I listened to Regi. After that, No more clogged and the repairs with complete satisfaction.

Reggie was absolutely fabulous. I had a last-minute request for a plumber for a condo unit in Clearwater, and he was able to stop by within the hour. He quickly reviewed the issue with my dishwasher and discovered that a piece of plastic needed to be removed from the garbage disposal and the person is hat installed it didn’t, preventing the dishwasher from draining properly. It took him about five minutes to fix it. He was incredibly honest and efficient. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my clients.

Gulfview Plumbing did an excellent job. Gulfview Plumbing is the only plumbing company in the area that is A rated by Rinnai. My Rinnai tankless gas water heater died. Zach, a Master plumber,, arrived promptly and confirmed the 17 year old unit was not worth repairing. He thoroughly went over all options for replacement. One of the two owners actually went immediately to pick up and deliver the new unit. Zach stayed until 7pm and installed it same day. Works great! I’m very pleased with their service and I will continue to to work with them!

We had a water treatment system installed by Gulfview Plumbing. John installed it. He was very meticulous about setting it up just right. He patiently answered every one of our many questions. He was friendly, neat (didn't make a mess) and professional. Even his truck was neat and organized!

Danny provided exceptional service when he investigated a leak under our house. He was highly professional and thoroughly explained the diagnosis in detail. We requested a video of the problem since it was in a difficult-to-access area, and he delivered, providing a clear and helpful perspective.

I wish I could be positve but I have never had any company treat me like this. I called for a new water heater and even added an extra 4 year mainteance package. it was installed on 01/28/2013. From day one one the water was not very very hot. I called and requested a technician to come out and check it. A couple of days later he came out and used a volt meter and said our electrical panel was sending out unbalanced negative power and I needed to call out Duke Energy to check the line. And he recommended Buell Electric to replace the inner fuse box and outside panel. He proceeded to bill me 159.00. I claimed that the I had a maintenance contract. He said since the problem wan't the water heater he shou;d really be be charging me 220.00.
I then proceeded to call Duke and pay Buell 5,000 to replace the boxes still no real heat. But now I am scared to call and get charged again so I try to live with it. After months of substandard temperatures I decided to get a 2nd opinion. The first problem was the water heater was placed too close to the wall and the the TPR valve could not be opened. He resolved that and there was hot water but only for 10 minutes. I called the guy back again and he said maybe it was the element. He takes it apart and the elements were severely corroded after under 10 months. The bottom one was so bad it could not be removed. I have s top of the line water softener on top of that. The last two softeners(from a different plumber) lasted 5 years without a water softener. I had to purchase a second new water heater(not fom Gulfview) but it works perfectly.

If you are not great with service or ethics then I’ll never use you again. I don’t have time to deal with BS and crap companies. I’ve used these guys exclusively for years because they don’t act like a service company. They act like a good friend who knows an expert level about plumbing and water treatment and is coming over to help you with your problem. This is a solid company and the way they handle customer service is unfortunately rare these days. Call them.
