I had an issue with my shower. I called HTP and Chris Gallagher came out to assess the problem. Within minutes he found the issue.

Chris said the repair was minor (replacing the shower cartridge) and walked me through how to complete the repair myself.

Sadly, the shower valve was so old I could not remove the cartridge. Chris came back out that same day to help. Because the valve was so old it would not accept the new cartridge.

Chris did everything he could to make it work, but the shower needed to be replaced. He was back out the next day and had everything done. No issues and he left everything spotless.

Good to have found a plumber I can trust. Will call HTP moving forward.

Rob came out on the advice I need to do a camera and smoke test to check for rats entering the home via plumbing. Rob came out and did exactly what was needed to check if that was the problem. Good news, no pipe breaks. Bad news, the rats must be coming in from elsewhere. Plumbing part complete. Rat entry point hunt continues.

Sink drain problem. I was concerned it would be expensive. Tecnician Robert's expertise made repair without expensive complications.

Fast and Professional tech was at the door in an hour. Replaced all the old pipe and leak tested the job in less than 2 hours. Price was great for Sunday after 4PM. Highly recommend them.

Had a major plumbing issue in the house that I rent. The owner had Home Team Plumbing come out and assessed the situation, unfortunately there was a broken sewer pipe under the house, the lines had to be redone and also needed a new toilet. Met with Chris from Home Team & he was absolutely AMAZING! Chris came back with his boss and a fellow coworker on Saturday over Easter weekend & they got right into repairing the issues. Chris & his coworker worked very late Saturday night, then came back Easter Sunday morning & finished the job. I cannot say enough about how nice, professional, thorough Chris is, along with his boss and fellow coworkers.
