Mid-County Plumbing helped us with a kitchen leak in our foundation that started a couple days before they were coming out for a bathroom remodel.They helped us with our kitchen while continuing to install the new bathroom sewer line. They do great work, are friendly, responsive and provide very helpful information when considering options.

I had a leak coming from behind my water heater. I was pleased with the company's response time and how quickly they were able to find and repair the problem at a fair price. Thank you Mid County, I'll call you again and would highly recommend if you need a plumber.

Replaced hot water heater valve and ran the runoff tube to the outside. Expensive but they did a good job. Clean and tidy. I would use them again. They have done other job’s before this one and we have never been disappointed. They are all very nice people.

I telephoned this company at 6:30 am and they were very pleasant, up front on potential costs and easy to deal with. The service was prompt and professional. The kitchen plumbing issue was fixed by 10:30am the same day. I will definitely be using them again and referring them to others.

They offered a FREE estimate the same day I called and finished the installation 2 days later. Even let us buy the water heater ourselves. Thank you so much. We can't wait to enjoy a hot shower.

Chris arrived within 30 mins of calling and was able to clear the drains! He was very helpful and transparent about the issue at hand. Best pricing I found in the area too! I would definitely use them again!

I had a leaking outside faucet bib. They came once to provide an estimate. When I went with them, they scheduled the Monday after the weekend. They arrived on-time and did the work quickly and it looked good. They kept me informed and I’m happy with the result.

Needed a cold water valve replaced for my new washing machine that was unable to be delivered because of the valve being rusted and corroded. They were able to come out the same day and heard all my concerns. They did exactly what I asked and were kind and courteous. They were very sweet towards my two year old son as well. Would definitely use again.

I do not normally leave reviews. Especially negative reviews. However, this company warrants a negative review. I wish I could give negative stars. This is the most unorganized and unknowledgeable operation I have ever dealt with. It took them several weeks to give me an estimate. I had to follow up a few times. That should have been a huge sign not to use them. If you do use them, make sure every little detail is in their unintelligible work order. They will go back to that as if it is a long contract and not an estimate. If you verbally tell them anything or details that are not in the estimate, they will Nickle and dime you to death. Make sure everything is in writing. Customer service is not their strong suit.

My biggest advice is to find another company to use. I will make sure to let all my neighbors know the same.

Chris and Josh were great. Showed up on time and were quick to analyze the leaking problem in my sink. Very professional and personable. I would recommend them to all who need a plumbing company.

I just wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to Mid County Plumbing for coming out (& although was a challenge, not stopping until they found the source of my leak!) Mobile homes are constructed much different then stick built homes which, although i do have a crawel space, its still small, & uncomfortable to have to work on the ground, in a small, dark space.
Luckily it seems to have been an easy fix once they found the leak, (ill know for sure once everything dries &cures) However, if not they will be back to do a more extensive repair! ( today's solution was the best option for me financially at this time.)
Overall, I do recommend Mid County Plumbing to homeowners as well as MOBILE HOME OWNERS! and i will be reaching out to them for any future plumbing opportunities i may have. These guys didn't give up and for that I'm so thankful, as I had two other companies come out and tell me there's nothing they could do since it's a manufactured home!
I'm terrible with names and can't remember the names of the guys who came out but everyone was very informative with answering my 100s of questions as well as patient with me with all the questions that I had!

i was happy with the price they quoted me to install my new bathroom faucet and they did it in a timely matter. The only thing that happened and they fixed the issue i had the main shut off valve circular handle broke when they shut the water off because the handle was old and they replaced it for me. If you need plumbing work done call them and they will come out and give you a free estimate and if you not happy with the price they quote you they do not charge you a service charge to come give you a quote.

I had a shower handle/cartridge that needed replacing. The plumbing is original from 1980's so it was not the easiest task to do. But Josh was able to have the repair completed in a very timely manner. His expertise and professionalism were outstanding! I will definitely recommend Mid-County Plumbing to my friends.

Colby and Josh came out to do our water-heater tank installation, they were very professional, polite and knowledgeable in their craft. The whole process from the beginning speaking with Dale to get a quote and getting the install done went smooth with no problems, they answered all our questions up-front. I got excellent service! Steve and his apprentice were great to work with. They were able to come out quickly and even ahead of schedule to fix a leaky toilet. They were communicative, friendly, and efficient! Highly recommend!

Had a few small issues leaking sink drain,tub draining slowly and dripping outside faucet. Called early on a Monday morning and had service the same day. Josh and Greg explained what was needed and took care of all. Fast, courteous and thorough. Very pleased with both the service and 2 gentleman performing the work.

I couldn’t recommend this company more. Before I found Mid County Plumbing, I had multiple company’s come out to my home after having issues with my toilet for over 3 weeks and not only were the prices astronomical but none of them were helpful whatsoever and they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Chris and Colby came to check out the problem and had a reasonably priced solution within minutes. Being a single mom, I not only experienced the best customer service I have ever had but they made me feel comfortable every step of the way. 10/10 would call again.
