I would recommend this company to anyone that has plumbing issues and I would also use this company again if I have plumbing issues in the future.

I was awoken by Home Team Plumbing and told water was leaking from the ceiling in my rental condo. I said fix it.. A few hours later I was told the leak came from the condo above and they re-routed the leak into my bathtub. The next morning I get called by the condo below me that water is coming through his ceiling and he sends me a picture of his collapsed ceiling. I told him to go to the 4th floor condo and turn off the water main. He turned off the 4th floor main and the water stopped. Home Team Plumbing sent me a bill for $ 1,114, which I am not going to pay, because they did not turn off the water nor did they fix the leak and this caused further damage. Now I have to get another plumber to fix it.

I am the condo owner and the VP / Treasurer of the Board. I told your plumber to fix it. He said he rerouted the leak into the bathtub. This was untrue, because the leak continued until the next morning when the unit below me called me saying his ceiling was collapsed with water coming through the ceiling. I told him to turn off the water at the unit above me and this stopped the leak. Your negligence and poor work caused more damage to 3 condos. You should pay us for that damage. Another plumber has been called out and he found where the leak is coming from and he then turned off the water again and we are scheduling the repair.

Issue with both kitchen sinks clogged and backed up...Robert Aliff came out on Sunday nght (35 degrees), checked both sinks, Trap, etc, and deduced the issue was in the rooftop Vent....he cleared it up after climbing the roof and tooling out the problem which from my initial call took one hour-twenty minutes which included travel time. I am extremely pleased as we had a potential mess building up!!

Technicians replaced anode rod in water heater. Old rod was seized up and challenging to remove, but they got it out and finished the job with perfect results. Great professional service

I called in the morning with a leak under my sink. I had to shut off my water. Other plumbing companies couldn't get to me until next day or next week. I explained my situation and Home Team had a service man out that same day. They fixed my leak and was gone in about an hour. I am very pleased.

Home Team plumbing has done an excellent job. They replaced my sewer line efficiently and quick. The workers are very helpful and polite. They will definitely be my new plumbers.

Home Team Plumbing is an absolute disaster. If you’re looking for the fastest way to ruin your plumbing and your day, this is the company to call. The owner, Jeff, showed up looking completely unprepared, acted like he had no idea what he was doing, and somehow managed to make a simple problem ten times worse.

The biggest red flag? When I asked for his plumbing license — you know, the basic thing every real professional should carry — he suddenly had nothing to show. No paperwork, no proof, nothing. That told me everything I needed to know.

The work was sloppy, rushed, and honestly embarrassing for anyone claiming to run a business. I had to pay another plumber just to undo the damage they caused.

The response time from the company was great, same day got someone out to fix a clogged toilet. However, their pricing is VERY expensive. They do a free estimate, but the pricing to do the work is STEEP. $588 to pull a toilet auger the line and put the toilet back. Less than an hour probably and not a difficult/ complicated job. Take the good with the bad I guess, but I’d shop around on pricing first next time before just agreeing to them doing the job because they’re there. Service tech was friendly at least.

We had a gas leak. I called Home Team plumbing, they immediately dispatched their plumber (John) who arrived at our home within 30 minutes. John and his team quickly identified the leak, made the repair and had us up and running within a couple hours. I highly recommend their services!

I don't know if this is a good price. Replace water valve and hose bib. Two men. Two hours. $788. The receipt doesn't itemize anything; no labor, no materials. It just says 1 unit $788.
