I had a leak in my waterline between the house and the meter. They came out and assessed and provided a fair price . They came back on 7-1 and dug up and replaced the waterline and main shut off in one day. The 2 gentlemen that came and did the work were amazing. They are a true asset. I highly recommend Mid County Plumbing and Air.

Mid-county plumbing completed two repairs for me with a quick turnaround - one was replacing a broken water shut off valve so I could hook up my fridge, and the other was capping an outdoor gas pipe. The technicians were courteous, professional, knowledgeable and honest. The repairs were reasonably priced as well.

I HIGHLY recommend Mid-County Plumbing. From the beginning of my journey with them it has been Awesome. Starting first with Josh the tech who came out for the Diagnostic and Estimate.....To corresponding with Anna and then the real hard work began with Greg and David. All are super friendly and highly professional. Now I know why they have a 5 Star rating and wonderful reviews ! They did a fantastic job and kept me informed all through out the process as to what was talking place. This was not an easy job. Busting thru the tile and wall, replacing pipes plus they also noticed a major issue with the toilet and fixed that as well all while keeping my property protected. After the job was completed they cleaned up all of the debris. I feel bad that they had to do all this work in such a hot conditions due to my AC unit recently fizzling out. Sorry again for that guy's !

I was 100% satisfied with the work, as I had my whole bathroom plumbing replaced. To top it off, they will come to your place and give you a "free" estimate! When was the last time you saw that? These companies out there will charge you $50 just to come to your door!

Great service at very fair price! Was able to get plumber fast to look at toilet issue. Diagnosed fast, provided a few options for the solution. Presented pros, cons and risks. I decided to get a new toilet. They installed it fast, professionally. Very fair pricing for the new toilet including part and labor. I own vacation rental so fast and reliable service is very important. Making Mid County Plumbing my go-to plumbing service now!

Nice in the beginning but leave you with a pile of issues in the end.

They had to do undermining from our bedroom into our bathroom and before they started that job, I was told they could fix our flooring. Once the job was done, they were unable to fix the bedroom flooring, but they would try for $1500. They didn’t pitch our shower floor correctly, leaving a huge puddle of water that would sit in our shower for days which has resulted in cracks in the grout. Sent Dale pictures and videos of the issue and they did a “patch job” on our tile floor that looks terrible and also collects even more water. Dale tried to tell us that was all they could do and Greg was very pushy when asking for another payment. Personally, if you don’t do a job correctly that you are getting paid for, you come back and fix it. Dale didn’t want to do that because it would cost him more time and money. He never contacted us to tell us that; we had to reach out to him to get an answer.

We are first time home buyers who got absolutely played by this company. This company is very, say one thing and then do another once they get their money. We gave this company a lot of money and are still left with a shower that doesn’t function properly. We are currently trying to contact Dale to come to a resolution, but he is not responding to us.

I am very pleased with the work done in replacing main water shut-off valve. The technician Mr. Longo was soo highly professional, and polite. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and perform in the very highest level. I will highly recommend you to anyone that needs a honest plumbing company. In the past year we used MCP a few times and were always pleased with the results. Recently, we replaced our hot water heater and once again we were extremely pleased with the service, plumbers and the price!!

I’m a mechanical/plumbing design engineer so when I saw the Plumber was young (first name was Colby) and in training/apprentice, I asked him specific questions to test him throughout his working on my project. He knew his stuff. Their apprentices know what they’re doing so if you get a lead plumber I have to assume they’re well qualified. They did a great job. 👍🏻

We were told our one bathroom would be fixed in 3days, not only did it take 2weeks, but it was also left unfinished.
One of the workers had a tantrum, yelling at me and my husband about how the owner doesn’t run his business right and left the job. Sounded like he was quitting altogether.
The tub sticks out past the wall, I don’t have a sink, they broke the green boards, they scratched my newly painted hallway walls, they left they’re trash in my house and yard and we still have to pay almost 8k.
I cannot stress enough, do not work with this company.
