Fantastic crew and keeps our yard in perfect shape. Also had them do new landscape install and they did a top notch job!

Pete came right out and was prompt with a quote to have an oak removed over house. Team that came out was great; Very quick, clean and safe! Also, a very knowledgeable and helpful arborist was part of the team.

Crew knows exactly what they're doing. Manager on site kept everything flowing. They cut down trees, grinded stumps, did some trimming, and cleaned up the entire mess in under 3 hours. Worth it. Satisfied customer. 👍

Wednesday I called to get a quote on trimming 2 tall elm trees Peter came right out that day to check things out and give a quote. He said he would probably work out a quote that same afternoon. I really did not expect it so quickly and I didn't get one which was ok But by the next day Thursday just before 2 pm I text Peter just to make sure he was still working on a quote, he responded with "Yes ma'am! I am in a work class but I sent the quote to my boss for review and he would check on it." Here it is Tuesday of the next week and I still haven't heard anything. There was a challenge of not being able to get big equipment in the back yard but he had said he would work something out. since he said he sent it to his boss I assume he came up with a solution and quote. But I wouldn't know I haven't heard a word and tomorrow is a week since he first came to my house for a quote. If they decided this job was not something they could do it would have been nice to let me know and not just leave me hanging. I give one star and that's for his coming out the same day I called.
After posting this I did receive a voicemail from Adam (maybe a coincidence?) he let me know one tree has branches too close to pole to pole power line and Teco would need to trim them before anything could be done with the tree. Now I know. I text him and thanked him for finally getting back to me

I was not trying to rush the work. Safety is ALWAYS number 1.
I was waiting on a quote and couldn't understand why I wasn't getting the quote I was told I would get. Had I received a quote then I could decide whether to proceed. So from the voice mail Adam left I assumed the problem with the limbs on the one tree is why they didn't want to give me a quote ? and as I stated earlier Peter and I spoke only of the one tree at the pole to house line and having to get Teco to de energize that line to work on that tree. I didn't know there was an issue with the other tree too close to the pole to pole line until Adam left me a voice mail explaining but non the less I didn't get a quote. The quote was what I had been waiting on.

My dogs go crazy when there is a knock at the door. Most of the time I don’t answer but I’m glad I did this time. Steve from Tree Sheriff’s Tree Service saw I needed help with my palm trees. His crew dressed up my four palms and pruned my Oak tree in front yard using a cool Spider Lift. I told him exactly what I wanted and he did it. They were all very polite, professional and considerate of my lawn. They cleaned up everything and did a great job with a fair price. I was very happy their work. Good job. Thank you.

WOW, what an incredible company! Timely, efficient, polite, ethical, personable and hard working. We had 4 trees trimmed and had to take down a water oak in the front yard (diseased and decayed). We live in a neighborhood where homes are next to each other. They didn't miss a step, took good care of our yard and our neighbors yard as well. The initial walk through with Adam was informative, detailing what needed to be done. They showed up on time, were efficient, discussed what they were doing (it was a lot) and went to work. The gentlemen doing the work were personable and looked to be having fun while they were working which means they are happy in their work. I could not be happier with the service I received and the job they did. You will not be disappointed when you hire them, that is for sure. In this day and age where customer service is poor and you never know what you are going to get when they do the work, you certainly don't have to worry with Southern Environmental Group. Hire them and they will not disappoint!

Adam and team arrive when they say they will, do the job they say they’ll do, and clean up after themselves. The entire crew is polite and respectful of the yard. They even took the time to replace the divets their equipment made in the grass (something entirely unavoidable with heavy equipment). A slight misquote (in my favor) was honored without question.

Great company with great owners. Good values, quality work. I especially appreciate the fact that they are ACTUALLY certified arborists and have real commercial grade equipment. A great plant city and beyond company.

Removal of a sweet gum stump, was quite the extensive job. The tap roots were HUGE. They did an incredible job, extremely polite and very efficient.

I couldn’t be happier with the services I received from this family owned business. Daniel came out to look at my patio bushes that died from the last freeze. I needed new plants to grow back to a privacy fencing and Daniel was very knowledgeable about types of bushes. He recommended plants that are hardy, freeze tolerant and grow quickly. The next day I received a quote which included 6 plants (which were quite sizable) and labor. The price was very reasonable and the plants are from their own nursery and very well grown and healthy. I approved the quote and installation was scheduled quickly. DJ arrived with a work mate and removed my dead scrubs and installed the new bushes. Everything went smooth and DJ made sure I was satisfied with everything. This was one of the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had with a company from beginning to end. I’m so happy to have found All American Lawn and can sincerely recommend them.
