We had a terrible experience from the start! We chose to go with them to support a local business but had only headaches from the start! I reserved a 16ft container and they sent us a 20ft one. By the time we realized it, my husband was already half way packed with it and they couldn’t deliver the right one until way too late for us. Then a little after that, while it was being stored in their facility, we needed to get a few things out and put some in. I scheduled it in advance and my friend rented a van, only to get there and realize it was for nothing because they simply forgot to bring our container out. By the way, it must have never been put back because all signs point that it was not stored in climate controlled environment even though we were paying for it. We had our stuff stored in there for 6 months. There was so much dust inside our container and on our stuff. We had our stuff stored with Pods for the same amount of time and that never happened. There was dust even inside some of the boxes. It must be from their yard because it’s just gravel! Both our locks were rusty. Those are not signs of it being stored inside. I also had a brand new roll of sticky paper like faux marble that I use on my son’s play kitchen (which was filthy from all the dust as you can see in the picture), and I was unable to use the paper to redo the play kitchen because it had lost its adherence! So frustrating! Not to mention that they wanted to charge us $5k to bring our stuff to VA while Pods was charging $2,100! Huge difference! It also turned out they wouldn’t let us have the pod delivered to their yard (since we no longer had an address in FL) so we could transfer the stuff either… my husband just had to rent a truck and drive it up. Had we gone with Pods it would have been so much easier, better and cheaper! At the time we didn’t know we weren’t going to stay in FL, otherwise we wouldn’t even have considered My Stack Box, even if to support a local and family owned business! Never ever again! As I’m in the process of unpacking my things, I get more and more frustrated!
Do yourself a favor and go with Pods! Way more reliable! I get that a lot of our issues was due to “growing pains” as they are new to business, but it has been the most frustrating moving experience!

I have seen stackboxes around town and liked that they have actual doors on both ends, are metal, and larger in size as well. Walter was very helpful, helped us out on pricing since sadly we are in a very bad situation with our commercial property, and walked me through the signing process so that everything went perfectly!

UPDATE- Kerry has been a God send to deal with throughout this process, helping us move the boxes, making sure everything is correct on payments and pricing, and just general being an angel, thank you so much, you can’t imagine how much it meant to us!

This is my first time using a movable storage box unit, and I have to say what a wonderful experience. I had with my stock box due to a remodel, and ran in to a hiccup that extended my time with the box. there was never a stress or issue. Maggie (Who help me in the start) and Walter (Who helped me with the pickup.
Kerry (The Manager reached out to me and what's phenomenal) The whole team were exceptional. They accommodated all of my needs and exceeded my expectations of service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of storage options.

Storage unit was convenient, clean, and just right for my purpose. Delivery guy was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Mr. Walter was friendly and was a great help when it came time to return unit. If need be I will be a return customer. Keep up the good work. 5 👍 up.

Highly recommend this company. Prices are very competitive. Staff is amazing, easy to work with, everything worked as they said it would. Bins delivery and picked up as scheduled. I would like to thank My Stack Box for accommodating me while I was doing redoing my Garage. Their storage containers are cleaner, and better quality than other storage containers for the same price. Their customer service made several exceptions to accommodate my timeframe. I’d like to also give a special thanks to Kerry and Maurice for their great communication on my project.

I found Stack Box on a Google search and I have to say they have been awesome. They were very detailed and worked with our needs as a ministry. The process was simple and at the end, we needed to make some changes and they worked with us. Shout out to Chaimae, for her constant help and to Ray, the driver, he was fantastic. This was truly a great team.

Their 20ft container is 19'-1" long and when I called them out they canceled my delivered pod. Had to unload it. This has delayed my contractor, my packers. All because they lied. And cannot do simple math.

These people suck and lied about the total price. They force you to pay rental insurance which is extra and not part of the pod rental.

Walter from My Stackbox was very attentive with my needs! This was my second time using this company and the customer service was excellent each time.

I used Stack Box for a month and a half to store my home belongings for a remodel. Both drop off and pick up were smooth. The customer service was A+ rated. Great company
