I had a deceiving experience. The person on the phone gave me the capped price for materials that surprisingly tripled in the end.

They also didn't instruct me that hourly rate varied depending on the number of movers. I expected to pay for 5-6 hours, I ended up paying for 9.

Pavlo, the dispatcher ended up ghosting me when movers finished the job. I called him multiple times to bring up the issue regarding the price. He never picked up, and no one bothered to call me back after I paid.
Pros: they moved me on a short notice on a Sunday. Roman helped us to assemble the bed.
