Richard arrived promptly at 10am for an estimate, quickly assessed the job and got right to work - couldn’t believe I didn’t have to wait a week or so for another appointment! A true gentleman who worked very hard to get things just right. The job was a little complicated but Richard took it in stride and made sure I was happy! No, I was delighted!! I know he will be just a diligent with every job he takes on.
