Eileeni did a great job. She showed up on time and worked diligently and well for 3 hours. She did a "standard" cleaning of my small 1 bedroom 1 bath. She cleaned the apartment from top to bottom, with special attention to areas needing extra cleaning, like the kitchen and bath floors and baseboards. Eileeni also cleaned the refrigerator for an additional fee of $50. The office contact person, Maria, helped us choose the right service for our needs. We recommend Go Cleaning Maids.

Horrible experience with this company. Scheduled a cleaning with them and paid an almost $100 deposit. I was told they were coming at 1:00 PM and they ended up arriving around 4:00 PM. They came in and one of them did not greet me at all, and continued speaking in a different language to the other girl, so I did not know what was going on. I get a call from the office saying that my home requires a deep cleaning when a standard cleaning was the agreed upon rate (kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything laid out in the standard cleaning included what I was asking for. They told the office they could not do the cleaning today but instead would come tomorrow morning. After being 3 hours late. I told them this is not possible as I have guests coming in. So not only did they try to unnecessarily charge me $200 more, they further inconvenienced me by saying they couldn’t do it today. The two ladies left my home without saying anything and I was told by an office representative that they were still there. They kept trying to force the cleaning for tomorrow when I told them no. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a company in a long time. I expect a refund immediately for this horrible service and communication.

The whole Team was amazing. I requested a deep clean and that’s what they delivered. The two women who cleaned my home were very kind and curtious. I would recommend them to anyone needing a deep clean or to simply refresh their home. The front office was very professional also

I had two cleanings from them through Cleaning for a Cause and they were amazing. The communication was perfect and the cleaner Alina was 10 stars. She thoroughly cleaned the area and rooms and did it way faster than I could. They bring their own supplies and vacuum. I would highly recommend using them
